Is 6 months the "WOW" time?

As some may know, I got a hanger for Christmas. Well, I finally read my instructions, and like I expected it was the same as I read on here. However, it says, “you would have to hang for 1 1/2 year to gain 3”. The regimen for this was 42 hrs. a week. Which means an inch every 4 months, 672 hrs. Is this time frame accurate w/ you veteran hangers gains? Where they mostly at high/low angles?

Unfortunately many of us found over time diminishing returns to zero gain. So those nice linears inch over how many hours it doesnt work like that after a while.

Hmmm, interesting. I was just wondering, since 1100 is the magic number for an extender. I’ve never used a hanger, so I was trying to figure the gain time for it. My seller said 6 months?

I doubt anyone has compiled enough data to really find any magic numbers like 1100.

Our bodies respond differently to different things. Plus just because we both do 20 hours this week it doesn’t mean we both did 20 hours as effectively as each other.

I have read some people who after 3 months are still hanging 5 pounds.

I just think there are to many variables for any random number 1100 to mean anything.

Very true, appreciate you chiming in vet. I’ve just had previous discussions on here that stated that 1100 is the magic number for extenders. I know some post talk about when they gained, and how much they gained at what weight are on here. It’s just that there’s minimal like that. So, has anyone had solid gains eventually from hanging? I’m already starting to notice a difference.

No magic number. But the number illustrates that it takes alot of time. After some time in this game the gains stop or come very slowly. If youve gained 1.5-2” out of the deal you have recieved what you thought was impossible. I think 3” and greater gainers are special circumstances. But it is posdible for someone older or in poor health. Imagine one lost 1-1.5” from when they were an athelete, now they are older and fat… With PE and excersize he regains his old length and keeps going gaining an additional 1-1.5” over what he had. Thats how you come up with 3”.

I agree. The bigger gains are probably a combination of restoring previous length and actuall gains.

However, I do believe that some of the huge claims are possible. I believe at some point our own life style limitations are stopping us more than anatomy/physiology limitations.

If a guy is religously putting in 30 hours a week hanging, and they are doing it as effectively as possible, I do believe within enough time they can achieve 3 inches of new gains.

The reality is that most of us don’t have the ability to put in 30 hours and most of us lack the perseverance to do this week after week.

For the ADS and extender users out there, 30 hours of those methods do not equal to 30 hours of hanging.

Its tiring but worth it

Trying to hang using a vacuum hangar, for at least 6 hours every day is very difficult. Sometimes I can hang between 4 to 11lbs. Other days about 2 hours hanging just 5lbs. But the average is around 40 hours a week. But this I know as fact. You can not stop for a few weeks and start up again. You lose everything you might have gained. So after 3 failed attempts, I’m sticking to the 40 hours a week for the next 6 months.

I start to tired and sore its hard to keep going but I have. I break my sessions into two, Morning for 2 hours and then 4+ after work. Always trying to get that 42 hours a week. I use the THE GRIP xx large chamber. Lucky for me my girth flaccid is 6.75” and erect its close to 7 1/2”. Magic number is 8 in in length. From what I have read, the perfect size for the lady in my life is 7” girth and 8 inches long. I pack in both length and girth, and it always rubs against her G-spot. As they say you got to cement you gains. I guess that means, is once you reach your goal.. Keep going an extra 1/2”, because your going to lose that much after you stop. That’s what I read anyway.

Maybe we should keep doing whatever changed our bodies to keep them that way, rather than you lose them when you’re done. Hope you gain to your desired length m8.

To really reap the benefits one has to have also good 100% EQ to fill out the expanded tissue with “life”.

thats the right mindset for PE. You might even go for indefinite time and rather check for changes as maybe 7 months are needed.

I dont think there is a possiblity to pinpoint a time frame for aspecific amount of increase. The one inch in 3 months programms on some PE pages are totall bullshit, even if they work for some.

You all that are in disbelief, I agree. It’s just that the manufacturer made it seem like he stopped because he didn’t want it to get super long. Funny that’s why I stopped pumping, but I lost 1/2”. So now I’m back on PE. So, is the natural gain from hangers 1” after 6 months?
