Since I have been derailing your post I apologize.
I will tell you that if you can find the time to hang 42 hours a week. And you hang effectively you will have awesome growth if your body is capable of it.
I actually think you could gain 3” in that time period.
People can bash me for saying this but I have had great growth and I have never hit 40 hours in a month.
Just my advice for this.
1st - In the beginning just get the technique right. You aren’t going for gains in the first few weeks. You want to make sure you are wrapped correctly and you need to see how your penis is responding. Not sure what hanger you are using but I am sure they all need to be mastered. Also you will probably need to build up to 42 hours a week. The time to do this is while you are mastering the technique.
2nd - Learn what your body is telling you. You aren’t hanging for pain. This will slow or completely end your hanging career fast. I hang for soreness. There is a huge differece.
3rd - Just like above learn what your body is telling you. However, in this regards I am talking about adding weight. Just don’t arbitrarily add weight. You should build up slowly week after week. If you are getting great fatigue this week then you probably don’t need to add weight. Also on the other end I have met people that after months are still at 8 lbs and they can’t figure out why they aren’t gaining. Some of these people have put in far more hours every week than I have. It takes time and weight.
4th - Normally I would say consistency but if you are going to be doing 42 hours a week then who am I to talk about consistency.
5th - Probably the most important if you are going to do this long term. The beauty about hanging is it frees up your hands. Use this time to do something else. Don't sit around and hang 42 hours a week. Unless you are the most disciplined person in the world this won't last. Instead learn a language, study, play guitar, do anything that is productive. Make hanging secondary to these other activities.
Just make sure you are using a timer if you are using a non vacuum hanger. You don’t want to cut off blood flow longer than 20 minutes and be to distracted to notice it.
I wish you the best of luck and if you put in the hours and you adjust your regimen based on what your body is telling you, you will most likely have good growth.
