Length. Well I don’t think I gained an awful lot but around 0.70 of an inch if I remember correctly.

Push yourself. This is the only way. Don’t stick at low weights or any weight for too long. Your unit will adjust and you will be working g your penis to be more resistant to weight.

Hanging is great for base girth if you hang SD. SO is great for all over girth. Always pump afterwards. But be sure to do it in warm water. You could leave it and not pump but really it’s better.

Also the warm water helps the blood flow back.

Just a quick 10 m pump at 3hg is plenty. You don’t need an erection either. Soft is just as good.

Damn 6 hours…how much weight are you hanging ?

I use a vacuum hangar by THE GRIP, I hang between 4 to 7lbs on average, and I have no issues with circulation. I remove it about every two hours and take a bathroom break. I normally do two sets, one in the morning and one at night. The time I put in daily varies from 2 to 6 hours on the week days, and the week-ends I do from 6 to 10 hours. Try to reach a weekly total of 42 hours (average 6 hours a day)

Really. Hanging at such low levels only helps the skin outer tissue areas to be conditioned. Depending on the time frame you won’t do much but condition your unit to withstand the restrictions. For example. Skin stretch is important and often misunderstood and confused with penile tissue stretching.

It’s very important for uncircumcised men to condition and stretch the skin before even thinking about moving up weight. This is done by hanging at low weights.

Don’t confuse the skin stretch with the unit stretch feeling. For the first 3 months. It’s likely your only stretching skin guys. If you circumsised

When your at about 12 lbs and up after about 3 and a half months you will start the stretch the penis.

Do you even feel fatigue with 7lbs? have you ever got any other gains and have tried other tecniques before? If you haven’t then these have been your newbiw gains and gaining now will likely be harder.

I heard the same thing w/ 12lbs. Around 10#’s to be exact. So is SO a high angle, or is SU the only high angle? I’ve been kind of lucky w/ low angles. It’s not cemented, but I’m experiencing .02”-.04” in length since hanging. I say lucky because my schedule doesn’t really allow me to hang long during the week.

Think about the angle your penis would be compared to the ground. SO is going to be parallel so it is neutral or medium angle.

Anything lower than SO is a low angle and anything higher than SO is a high angle.

I don’t think 12 lbs or any weight is some exact amount that everyone will respond to. There are people that haven’t gained at 25 lbs of hanging. On the other end there are people that probably do gain at 9 lbs. Like any curve these are going to be the exceptions.

The tumica is stretched at every angle, the high angle will stress all the way through the penile root.

I have almost no experience with high angles. However, if you are using a pulley under a desk for example or even a fulcrum that rested on your thighs I would consider them higher than straight out. Heck, even running cable through tubing over your thighs would be an upward angle. No where near as high as SU but it sure isn’t SO.

With Monty’s bungee cords for example you definitely could hit a bunch of angles between 1 and 90 degrees.

Thanks for the info vet. It looks like from your log that you do a lot of BTC. I guess lig deformation creates gains. When did you experience yours, well significant gains?

I gain from BTC. I am not going to switch angles as long as I keep gaining at this angle. I might mix in SD just so I can work at a computer desk but I definitely am going to get my core 3-4 sets of BTC first. The only thing that really slows me down is myself. I lack consistency. I have never hit 120 sets (40 hours) in a month. I might hit 10 hours in a week but I just have not been consistent week after week.

I got my most significant gains about the 6 - 12 week mark of my hanging career. I had bumped up the hours and started hanging 10 pounds and higher. I am very inconsistent with my hanging. I do wonder if I got in my 40 hours for a month at a weight that causes fatigue, if I have at least one more big gain in me.
