Push yourself. This is the only way. Don’t stick at low weights or any weight for too long. Your unit will adjust and you will be working g your penis to be more resistant to weight.

Did you use a bib? 20kilos is a lot. How’s possible you gained more girth that length hanging? What other PE did you do?
