Is 0.5kg enough pull/weight for an ADS?

I have been using a cheap ebay silicone ADS sleve for 4-5hours a night. I really dont like the feel of it when using a leg strap so I have been just hanging a 0.5kg weight on the end of it. Is this enought to have any effect? I have also thought about adding a fulcrum into the equasion for a couple of the hours or is this a bad idea?

I think 1lb is a good starting weight to put some tension on the ligs though you may want to shoot for longer hours. I think 1lb over 8hrs is better than 2lbs over 4 hrs. From 1lb, you can increase the weight slowly and gradually but if you start too heavy the ligs get tougher and then late down the road you have to exert to much force to have any effect.

That said, ADS should always be regarded as a supplement to other forms of PE

On the topic of ads, I notice that when sitting down, the weight on my penis seems to end up resting on the seat which I’m sitting on. Even when I stand up, the wight slightly rests on the side of my pants sleeve. How can I use an ADS which allows me to sit and still get the 1 or 2 lbs of stretch needed, with out the weights ending up on the seat below me?

Also, is there any super discrete ways to hide an ADS, I use slightly fitted pants for work, and don’t want it to be seen in any way. My dick is noticeable enough without anything attached to it, I heard of the sleeve, which I tried, but it pulled way too much on the tip of my penis head, and taking it off hurt like a motha cause as it rolls up it pinches on the head right before coming off.

I’ve addressed this in other threads but I’ll share again.

You don’t have to have a constant pull every second all day long to get the effect an ADS can give. What happens is the number times you get up in a day is enough to keep the disruption of healing in a retracted state. It isn’t necessary, practical or beneficial to hang such a light weight other then to keep the ligs straightened out during the day. A minute or two extra stretch time isn’t going to amount to anything from an ADS. What produces gains is what happens during your regular exercise routines. If your going to expect gains from an ADS your going to be disappointed. Your dick will assimilate that weight very quickly which means that gains from it alone will stop. An ADS is an augmentation tool to other routines that produce the gains.

So don’t worry about the weight sitting on the chair while sitting. Just have faith that wearing an ADS will prevent your losses from happening which is what would happen without one.

One other thing, don’t wear fitted pants. Find loose thigh pants. You’ll be more comfortable and far less will show.

Thanks Monty, that really cleared up a lot. I thought I had to wear those things stretched out the whole 6 to 8 hours. What you said now actually makes a lot more sense on the whole idea of an ads. I’m thinking of getting golf weights since I hear a lot about them. Anyways thanks for the help again.

If you really get down to what we’re trying to accomplish here an ADS is really overkill The ALL DAY stretch is really unnecessary. If we put stress on our units several times a day that would, in and of itself, be enough to keep the disruption of healing in the regressed state. Problem is time

I just think it is a lot easier to leave the ADS on rather then taking it off and then a few hours later putting it on again. I just don’t have the time.

I know psychologically it feels better to have that tug all day long. I can’t blame anyone for that. I feel that way too, but in the scheme of things it isn’t necessary. All we need to do is do something often throughout the day. An ADS just keeps a static amount of stress applied on a regular or even an irregular basis.
