IR lamp hanging with an ice pack cooldown
I have started hanging after doing the Newbie routine for 2 months. I started with 2 lbs, moved to 4 and am now at 5 lbs. I’m doing 3 sets of 20 minutes, with 10 minute breaks. I’ve used an IR lamp for a warmup but have switched to using it during my hanging sessions. I’ve read where a cooldown in the elongated state could prove to be beneficial in the long run. Does anyone see a problem doing that after a session, by hanging golf weights and applying an ice pack, not directly to the skin of course.
