IR Heat/Loss of gains??

Today I took my daily measurement, and I had dropped .1 inch down to 6.25 BPEL.

The only thing I’ve changed about my routine recently is the addition of (another) IR lamp to my rig. I have one coming from the bottom heating the lower part of my shaft and one on the top heating the pubic area.

I have been lazy about the cool down, I usually only do one set with no heat at the end.

It seems to me like the IR heat is promoting healing or something, and that I’m losing gains by healing so fast when not hanging. I do use a traction wrap ADS and a light traction wrap over night along with bed fowfers.

Is this theory way off? Is there something else I might be missing?

Hanging has given me great gains thus far (almost an inch) and I don’t want to stop. Please help!

Keep taking more measurements, it’s possible that many different variables have caused your BPEL to decrease. For example, caffeine decreases EQ.

Have you tried using an ADS right after your workout so that your penis heals in an extended state? I know a lot of people cool down in an extended state and thought it may help you.
