Intense skin pain

I’m getting tremendous skin pain while hanging. Too much to take in fact. I have the hanger on my penis now but have the weight on the table - because of the pain I’m not hanging it as I doubt it’s a good idea.

I’m only using 2.5kg right now. It’s BTC hanging (I have my feet on the table and I’m sitting on the edge of the chair). The pain is in the skin of the shaft around the base of the penis

What hanger are you using?

At the beginning you will get skin stretch but shouldn’t be that bad, If it’s a bib then your wrappings wrong. Take time to go through as much info on wrapping as possible, use the search function.

Ok I will but I am curious; how does the wrapping affect it? The pain is in the skin below the point on the penis where the hanger is attached.

It is a bib starter

Lotion all through the day. This is the only way I can do my girth work b/c my skin expands too much. Put some on the back of the toilet (so you always see it) and put it on every time u use the bathroom, and b4 u go to sleep.

Today was my first day back on my routine and i forgot to apply lotion while I was on my break and b4 my routine also, needless to say I had to stop after about 5 min into my clamp session when i’m sitting there in pain, wondering why the hell it felt like my dick is being sliced lol

So are you hurting more toward your glans or pubic bone. How long have you been hanging, is the pain new if you have been hanging for a while. If you are new to hanging then you should just hang straight down for a while to toughen up the skin. If that still hurts to bad then maybe you should do some manual work for a couple weeks pulling straight down to stretch your skin and get it ready for hanging.

If you have been hanging for a while and it’s not pubic skin hurting and it towards your glans maybe your getting it pinched in the hanger then or like the previous post said maybe your wrap is wrong and it is rolling up on you and pinching you. Don’t give up.

One more thing have you tried posting on bibs site and talking to him about it? He is always a big help.

Or try just using 1kg. Isn’t that like 2.2lbs? You maybe using to much weight.

I have been hanging for a few times now. Years ago I tried it but couldn’t even get the hang of getting the hanger on properly. I started properly now.

I started with 1kg (one 20 minute hang then one 15 minute hang), then 1.25kg (15 minutes, 15 minutes, 13 minutes), then 2kg (20 minutes, 15 minutes, 12 minutes) and 2kg again (15 minutes, 7 minutes). I then had 2 days rest and tried 2.5kg yesterday. The skin pain was noticeable at 1kg but it’s intense now. I just see people mostly starting with 12lbs and stuff (which is 5.44kg). I want to follow what ‘lil12big1’ did because he had such good gains and it was proven by pics and he started with 12.5lb. So I was thinking, why should 5.51155655lb (2.5kg in lb) cause so much pain if it is less than half that?

Like suntan lotion or something? I have baby oil and it didn’t work when I tried it on the painful area before hanging.

Forget the baby oil. Use a moisturiser with Vitamin E.

Lol, no not suntan lotion, use REAL lotion. Like vaseline brand, st. Ives, Jergens, Nivea, ect…

When I was getting a painful skin stretch it was because I wasn’t pulling the skin back enough, I’m awful at explaining things. After I wrap round each layer I pull the shaft skin down so that I’m not taking all the skin with me when the hangers attached, plus it would create more turkey neck.

When I Jelq I use Palmer’s Cocoa butter and before bed I massage it into my dick, it’s a great lotion.

Getting the wrap right is very important, many people underestimate its importance.

BTC is very intense on the skin and the lower abdominal fascia when starting, try with a lower weight and see how you do.

BTC is one of the most extreme angles to hang from and if your skin is not stretched, it will give way and tear as mine did. For a week or so I had searing skin pain and then a chafed dick because I didn’t take the time to do a skin stretch. Use vaseline or something to keep your skin moisturized. Bib recommends keeping vaseline on your unit to help it as it’s stretching. You will definitely need to get your soft tissues conditioned.


Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

Over a month later I still can’t hang

I decided today I would not rest until I get it right.

I’ve been trying the whole day I can’t get it right

Can’t even get it on right ATM. Not only can I got get it on straight (the penis is always twisted getting it in) but I can’t get right that ‘squeezing the blood’ down the penis thing. There is always a big lump of penis meat above the hanger. Otherwise it is too close to the glans.

When I do get it right, I get a very sharp pain on either the left or right side or both sides of the penis. I’m only using 1.25kg.
