so let’s say I’ve pumped at 10 hg for half an hour on multiple occasions often in sets back to back, this is my baseline.

what levels of poundage will I need to start seeing fast gains, about 10 lbs?

are they completely unrelated due to the exercise? I think not because I know what level of force my dick is accustomed to and I feel that moving up to 7.5 pounds after about a week of hanging 2.5 to 5 lbs in 4 sets a day is the next step.

I think my attachment is off with the bib, so I think you’re right.

There’s not much correlation, you may need to hang heavier because of previous conditioning to see gains but not likely if you decon first. Understanding how to use the hanger along with wrapping are the biggest battle with hanging, and then of course the amount of time needed to hang.

BTW and this is important ther are no FAST gains.

the stress on the collagen tissues generated by to hanger grasping your internals is something totally different and that you haven’t experienced with any other form of PE

Plus you need time to master proper wrapping and attaching technique, that includes being able to keep blood off of your glans etc.

You need to stretch skin first in order to properly generate stress to your internals and ligs.

Please read the hanging 101 thread. But unfortunately the hanging and wrapping video available here on thunders is not that good.

I used to pump alot, hours a day. I thought the same thing… I was wrong.

Follow the nos email bib sends, you won’t feel it working for weeks your conditioning soft tissueslearning wrapping and proper hanger adjustment.

Patience now will pay off greater dividends later.

Hanging is something ya only really get one shot to get it right, caution is key!

You guys are a hundred percent right, i need to tone down my approach and do it right thanks for the advice, i injured my self pumping at 10 hg for 30 minutes after that hanging set, trying to push for fast gains leads to injury, and i’ve experienced this many times, if only i could push as hard as i wanted and not get injured lol, i would be huge in a year or less, bout to look into PEDs so i can up my work rate, maybe my glans will become more accustomed to the trauma over time, PE problems

my glans becomes purple at the end of my hanging sets, with a numbness sensation that subsides. Maybe too much too soon, is this normal?

You want fast growth….all your going to do is end up in the injury section.

You pumped at 10hg after hanging? I hope I read that wrong.

Look I’ve hung, clamped in between sets, and finished off in the BM after 6 sets and 1-2 clamping set in between. I didn’t do that everyday I hung but probably every other. I am fortunate to have not gotten injured. With that said there was no fast growth from that. The bottom line with PE is TIME and CONSISTENCY. I’m in the camp that believes you can pump with hanging but only after your sets and not to an extreme, and not everyday, so no more then 5hg or a short BM session as a warm down.
