so let’s say I’ve pumped at 10 hg for half an hour on multiple occasions often in sets back to back, this is my baseline.
what levels of poundage will I need to start seeing fast gains, about 10 lbs?
are they completely unrelated due to the exercise? I think not because I know what level of force my dick is accustomed to and I feel that moving up to 7.5 pounds after about a week of hanging 2.5 to 5 lbs in 4 sets a day is the next step.
