Is increasing the weight going to give me better gains or will more time at the same weight give me gains. I just started and I hang 5lbs for 2 hours a day. 20 minute sets. I just want faster results.

No need to rush things as far as weight goes…an injury is always possible when getting too anxious and 2hrs daily is pleny to start with.

you should concentrate on angles not weight. Angles and time….


Be careful, man. Go slow, listen to your dick, and check your ego at the door. If you try to do too much too fast you will get injured. This is a pretty good thread addressing what is possible at lower weights :)
