I know everyone’s results are different (based on their own physiology and effort put forth), but how long was it until those of you who hang weights saw a FULL inch in erect length?

From what I remember reading in different posts it is about 1000 hours with a combination of hanging and constant ADS. I am interested to see what it takes when all you do is hang. I just ordered a vacum hanger and am going to start hanging 6-8 hours a day (after deconditioning). I am going to continue my girth work as well. I’m figring that it will take 4 or 5 months after getting adjusted. Maybe a lot less, maybe more. I am going to do it like BIB did and gain 4” - no if ands or buts…

I’ve been hanging for about 16 months and in last 4 months I’ve also been stretching and jelqing. All up I think I’ve gained mabey 1/2 an inch and I’m not even sure if I gained that.

How long are your hanging sessions?

I have been hanging pretty steady for 14 months and gained about 3/4”-1”. Most of it was in the first 3 and last 3 months. I deconditioned for 1 month and lost 1/4” then quickly gained it back and i’m still gaining. This is with an average of 15lbs at 1-2 hours a day 1-2 breaks a week. No ADS.

How did you decondition?

307 days of hanging, jelqing, ADS and punctuated extender usage spread over 4 cycles of training got me 1” EL gains. This is after 1” EL gain from primarily manual methods.

I don’t know what to say - my bib hanger is uncomfortably - I couldn’t imagine being in it 1 - 2 hours. I hang for about 15-20 mins.

Am I just spinning my wheels or will that get my results?


If it’s bothering you maybe you need to adjust your wrap or add more wrap. Instead of using Theraband get a bike innertube and cut it to use as a wrap. You could also make the Captains Wench (link below) they’re pretty comfortable.

I gained 1” EG with 7 months of hanging.


I feel very stupid. I saw the design for a homemade bib hanger and made it and tried it - without reading.
I was NOT using a wrap at all and when I was done I had to virtually peel the rubber tubing off my sensitive skin.

So Last night I used my hanger for the 2nd time. I used a piece of cloth - thin nylon I believe to wrap first. Well it felt much better and I was able to hang 10 lbs - however - when I unwrapped my skin was super sensitive and looked Horrible.irregular like I had big blisters on my shaft.
I did some jelqing - which hurt at first - to get the blood back in - and now it looks normal again.

Something I did is wrong - but I love hanging - I saw a clearly visible stretch of almost 1/4 so I know that continued use will get me some real erect gains.

Advice anyone?

1” of erect girth??? Initially, I asked about how long it takes to get an inch of erect length, but what was your routine (weight/hangtime/etc) to get an inch of girth?

Sorry, my mistake. It’s EL. I gained some EG at the base from hanging but nothing at all like that.

Big Girtha says he’s gained 2”EG from clamping. I’ve tried clamping on just a few sessions to see how I liked it. I did, and I believe it can be very good for girth gains. When I’m done with EL, I’ll be clamping.

Well, what was your hanging routine to get that inch of EL?

I’ve hang with the Andro Penis, and I think it sucked.

I think I may have gained 0.25 inches from it… I think. But I don’t like to give it the benefit of the doubt

I'm pissed of with my gains and loses. I've been doing this for more than 4 years. I keep measuring wrong and the next time I update my signature you will see impressive results.
