I don’t see hanging as being more likely to not work than hands on PE. Any form of PE has a chance of not working, and not working for you. It is just that hanging has a larger time investment to find out if it works for you or not.

If you have privacy, the right personality traits, and are sitting in front of the computer for hours every day, anyway? Suddenly hanging is a very viable alternative, and with no more task specific time investment than manual PE.

With a natural low LOT of 6 oclock from birth, I never really invested a lot of time and effort with downwards angle hanging or btc hanging for the ligs. The only time I use downward angle hanging is when I’M wearing my steel compression coupling ADS or golf weights.

I jumped straight into tunica/ upwards angle hanging and have made good gains from it. For the members that are frustrated, don’t give up just yet. Try the angles that you’ve never done before and see if they work. Also make sure you are using weights heavier enough to produce gains which will be purely individual for each man. 5 pounds may yield great results for one man and not yield any results for another man until heavier weight is added slowly.

Ive gone back to just pumping and Im going to try that for three months. No gains from hanging in the tunica upward angle, and it was seeming to make me lose length, and it wasn’t from EQ. I got to 18 lbs OTS using the pulley system you set up saiyan , which is great, but no gains at all. I talked to BIB a while back and he said, tunica gains are far tougher. You’ll be lucky to get an inch a year from consistent hanging (Lig stretch), and you’d be extremely lucky to get .5 (Tunica hanging). If you gain .5 per year that would be great.

So if BIB said a half inch per year would be great for tunica, then why not try to milk what I can from pumping. I think I can gain .5 in a year from pumping. It seems all the people I see making gains from hanging, made gains with some other type of PE first.

I have a first-shift job, and then I go to evening classes. When I get home, I have two hours before bed time. So, while studying, I do the noob routine, then clamp for 15 minutes, then an hour on the extender, with heat wraps and massages in between, …and the necesary climax, of course.

The interesting thing about this is, I’m studying for a career in the health field. There will be nights that I’m actually reading about hormones, blood pressure, anatomy, and the reproductive system, all whilst trying to jelq, etc. Talk about synchronicity!

Too many things. Focus on just one or two techniques at times. jelq+extender, for example. Or just clamping.

Much is still isn’t fully understood as far as why some gang length and some do not.

Absolutely. At the time I was helping set up businesses for friends and taking some computer classes. I was spending 50 hours a week sitting in front of my computer with no one else in the house. BIB was working from a home office during his marathon hangs as well.

If you are spending many hours a day alone in front of a computer? Develop a routine and master wrapping. Then hanging takes 3-4 minutes of dedicated time/hour.

Then go get your suspensory ligament snipped, and begin the hanging and stretching program. The girth one is unsafe yeah, but the length? Hardly.

I hung for almost 6 months 3-4 hours daily. .25 gains.
Don’t waste your time.IF, you have a low starting LOT, or low starting EXIT point

If both are high, then keep hanging for ligs gains. Otherwise, don’t waste your time.

So we should be tunica hanging then with low Lot’s?
