I think I will stop hanging..
I have been hanging for 1,5 months with a vacuum extender, I began at 2,3 pounds and are now at 3,3 pounds. No gains. I began to get pretty many red dots when I got up to 3,3 pounds and I then took a restday and after that I hanged two days that went ok. But today again after only two sets (I’m doing 6) I can se pretty much red dots/redness on the glans again. And it will for sure not be better after 4 more sets. I don’t want to take restdays all the time because of redness and it will probably NOT be better when I move up in weight.
So I guess I will do as I did before, manual stretching, jelqing and then extending as much as I have time to a day. That way I didn’t have any redness. My EQ has also decreased pretty much during my hanging, it was always a 10 before. And I also think it’s pretty “difficult” or tedious to hang (I do BTC).
All this point towards me stop hanging and do something else. The only problem is kind of pshycologic, I have now invested much thoughts in hanging reading much of Bib’s post for example. And I have got the opinion that if you want the REALLY big length gain, then hanging is the thing. For example Bib that gained 4,5 inches or something. I guess I just want someone to tell my it’s no problem and I can gain much from other methods, haha :)
I just felt to write this of my chest, I feel pretty sad not being able to hang, but I really don’t want to have a wierd looking glans, especially as I’m single and meet different new girls from time to time, they might think I have some disease.. So yeah this is not that much of a question just something I wanted to write down but any comments are appreciated.
