I reinvented a round, wheel-like thingie - then I came here!

Greetings, gentlemen and ladies.
About 7 years ago, I began stretching my penis without really knowing what I was doing. I used a noose type attachment and stretched against a fixed cord. Fortunately, I did no damage and got results. I went from just under 6” to just under 7”. However, the gain in length did not last. Cementing the gains was beyond me. Also, at that time, I was not online.

Fast forward to a recent reference to the link about the penis size debate. It may be controversial, but it also reminded me of a reference to PE by a guy I know. After a search, I found my way here. Finally, subjects like safety, cementing your gains, etc. were being covered by guys who have real life experience.

I have combined a couple ideas here to produce a starting regimine:

I have decided to go with hanging, as my previous experience yielded the best results with continuous pulling. A preliminary test of weight was interesting: half a gallon of warm water (8 lbs. US) felt light, a three quarters full gallon jug (12 lbs. US) feels like the proper stress-without-pain weight. Heh, since I was not calibrating the actual pull using my old noose and cord technique, I feel lucky I did no damage to myself.

1. Warm wrap with washcloth, two applications - about 5 minutes.
2. Sock hanger - A Gold Toe nylon dress sock, wrapped around three times to spread the load over about three inches from the frenulum down. Gallon jug of water, three quarters full, tied on at a height so I can take the weight off by moving it to one of the feet on my office chair.
3. 15 minutes on, 15 off for one hour, to be increased as I can bear it.
4. Finish with warm wrap as in 1.

N.B. The sock technique was taken from a post here. I reprint the relevant part:

“And maybe I’m explaining the sock thing wrong. I’m not recommending to anyone to use it as rope. I did that early on and that didnt feel good. I just measured the sock it is about 2 1/2” wide. About the same width as the bib hanger. I dont take the sock and turn it into a thin string and tie a knot. I have it flat when I tie it, so it basically takes up all the space from my pubic bone to the head as I’m 4” when limp and my head is about 1”. So the 2 1/2” sock takes up most of the 3 inches available So the weight is spread evenly.”

Welcome to the forum. Absolute weight isn’t important, but you are using about half of what you thought. A gallon of water weighs about 8.3 pounds. As you increase the load you’ll probably find the sock setup isn’t up to the task. There are instructions here how to make several hanger designs, or you may want to consider buying a production Bib.

“A pint is a pound, the whole world round.” I checked. It is!
