I LOVE hanging

Hey guys, I’m hanging 4kg for 2-4hours using a vac hanger II. It’s very comfortable and there’s no numbness or “pain” so I’m happy I’m not over doing it. I’ve set up a pulley system connected to a long cord which enables me to do: 15min SO, 15min OTS, 15min OTL (left) and 15min OTL (right) before having a 15min rest and starting again.

Just a couple of questions:

1. I get a sensation of lig stretch within my body but not over the top. There’s no sense of fatigue in the ligs afterwards. Is this ok?
2. My flaccid girth reduces significantly and the inner structures of my penis are guitar string tight. Is this the desired tunica stretch so desired by many PEer?

I start doing OTL too, in fact I`m doing right now OTL with 4.5 kg.

That lig stretch over the top is coming from hanging on Angles such as BTC or SD,when I am hanging on these at 4.5kg I can fell really good fatigue.

It is a fatigue in the ligs just after finishing a set while I get up from the chair I can personally feel it.

I notice you target 3 hanging angles , What was your hanging routine before this one?

Hey, johny76. This is my first hanging routine. Been doing it for 5 weeks now and have moved up a kilo a week. The only modification is now a pulley attached to the top of a door frame which makes the whole routine go a lot smoother.

Do you get a lot of skin stretch from around the base of your penis when you do SD? I do which is why I don’t do it
