good tread and thanx for claryfying some of my doubts..
anyway,a question about the Bib’s answer to Roco,
did Bib say that the head should be exposed during wraping?
or it’s more similar to what J Rock has writen, the way he does?
it makes more sense to me to be done as J Rock describes because of the too much skin we uncircumsissed guys have,
so puling the skin down the head as much as possible, leave less skin to slide down, and with good hanger that can be aplied,
i have the impression that it’s the best way to alter the ligs…?
are there uncirc hangers who got good results from hanging?
does the girth make difference in uncircumsissed hangers
meaning less girth, harder to put the hanger on to be stable?
I´ll try to answer your questions to the best of my ability.
Bib pretty much recommends the type of wrap illustrated here Wrapping drawings
But that´s just a suggestion, and a good one. Then personal preference comes into play, some wrap over their head and some leave it exposed, one uncut guy here even “cushions” his head with a strip of cloth under the foreskin, yet others experiment with leaving more or less blood in the head to give it more stability. Watch the preassure here.
Pulling the excess skin towards the head leaves less skin to slide down, yes. But it also means that the skin left will be tighter from start and take a lot more of the weight, thus stretching mainly skin. Apperently there should be a way that leaves the shaft and ligs to take most of the weight instead of the skin. The right kind of wrapping and a tight hanger should do that, and start with low weights.
A tip here, do some AI-stretches while doing a reverese kegel, feel the pull in the ligs. Now you know how you´re supposed to feel, and roughly where. That might help when you hang. Don´t go weightcrazy, chances are that you´re not hanging right instead of with too little weight.
Yes, there are uncut hangers with good results, I think phat9 is one of them, correct me if I´m wrong. There are others as well. Do a search on uncut and hanging, nobody can spell that uncirc-thing anyway ;)
I don´t think girth is an issue to uncut hangers specificly but in general you will probably have to wrap more if you have less girth, cut or uncut. But first try to tweak the settings of the hanger to fit. I think less wrapping is better, more natural and closer to the “core”.
i still don’t have a hanger,but in some close future,i guess…
this is still like a sort of warm up,before i actually do it.
and your post certainly add much weight on the half of buying it.
I was reading ulistrike method for uncut wrapping, very good method , I finally think I understand it. Could someone please clarify it to see if I understand this correctly. Basically, you can’t pull the foreskin all the out because, the stretch will be in the skin. If you did it loosely , the hanger falls onto the glans. Basically, what I think you are doing is applying one loose wrap one inch from the head, stretch it out from there only from from the point of the first wrap, and really wrap the remaining spirals tightly, so that the hanger has kinda of an anchor , so it doesn’t slip. I think in bib’s drawings , the first wrap is a bit loose and the subsequent wraps are tighter to kind of anchor the hanger into the first wrap , and not slip into the head.
thanks in advance,
Where do you see uishrikes method of wrapping? Do you have a link?
The problem with wrapping very tight is circulation. Wrapping tightness is a very hard thing to quantify. You need to find a level of tightness that works well for you.
Here is a copy of ulistrike’s post :
” Well I wrap exactly like Bib explains. I wrap tightly just “one turn” of theraband right below the head. Then I grab that part and stretch it a little, and at the same time wrapping the rest of the shaft with my other hand. After this I put the hanger (I use the Bib Hanger not the Starter) about 1/2”-1/4” below the head. My suggestion to you is experiment with different wraps and hanger placements, without using weight first, just pulling the hanger to test if it slips or not. Also, don’t be afraid to tighten it too much. Tighten it the best you can. After placing the weight, tighten it a little more because the penis “gives” a little inside the hanger. “
I have read most of the uncut threads , and I think its cleared up for me. I guess it will take some practice to get it right ! I have some other small wrapping questions :
1. Are you supposed to remove the wrap after each set to improve circulation during the ten minute breaks?
2. It seems counter-productive to me to heat the penis itself. Since you are supposed to hang in the flaccid state, that heat will increase the blood flow to the penis, anyway ? I think applying heat to the ligs only is the way to go. Am I right?
3. Since you are not supposed to have any blood between the wrap and the base, are we supposed to or does it make sense to wrap all the way to the base ?
I know these are details , but I want to do this right without hurting myself.
I think his method of wrapping sounds good. Just be careful about getting it too tight.
>1. Are you supposed to remove the wrap after each set to improve circulation during the ten minute breaks? <
No. I stayed wrapped for many sets. My wrap was eveen loose enough to take a piss. Also, you can jelq BTB and the exposed shaft toward the base without unwrapping.
>2. It seems counter-productive to me to heat the penis itself. Since you are supposed to hang in the flaccid state, that heat will increase the blood flow to the penis, anyway ? I think applying heat to the ligs only is the way to go. Am I right? <
Heat never gave me an erection or anything. I heated the entire package from the ligs down.

Some guys like to wrap all the way to the base, but I did not.
Thanks for your response.
for the benefit of anyone else interested, I don’t hang with the foreskin pulled back. This is a major no-no for us uncircumsized guys. Also, the only exercise I do with the foreskin pulled back is light stretching. Everything else (stretching hard and jelquing) gives me puffy foreskin wich then is hard as hell to cover the head again.
As for the hanging, I wrap like explained, not very tigh, otherwise my head expands too much and it’ll hurt like hell. Also lately I’ve been playing with the toe ajustments, and I’ve made my set up look like and upside down V with the head on the vertice (of course it’s not a real V, it’s only about a 1/8 to 1/6 of an inch tighter. The placement is like explained, and everything else is the same.
Unfortunately I can’t hang the 6Kg (13.2 lbs) I hung before. My penis is very undertrained, and I’m slowly getting back to it. Nevertheless, I’m here to help if anyone is interested. In the past I’ve had many months of all hanging, but unfortunately had to stop for an year (or more).
Well, enough for now.
Hope this help,
Good to see you back.
I just have a question concerning circulation, do you guys leave your hanger on and tightened in between sets ?
I take my hanger completely off between sets. During the break, I slap my dick against my leg and do a few light jelqs.
I usually take the hanger off, but leave my dick wrapped. Saves time. I don’t slap it though, because I don’t want to take too much blood to the head (that’s just how my dick works, for others it could be beneficial, like it seems to be for stevie31).
