I hung hanged for the first time today.

Don’t exceed 20 minutes bro. 20 minutes is the maximum you should ever hang since your penis needs the blood to recirculate. Glad to see you are getting up to 20 minutes. I think you’re experiencing slippage because of your wrap technique. Did you ever get a hold of some Theraband or a swimcap?

Also, as far as you “losing” - I think you are just experiencing swelling which will make your penis a little smaller. Once the swelling is gone, you should measure a gain. And as far as hanging every day, it is highly recommended. If you can keep your ligs in a weakened state, why not? Makes it all the easier to break them down.

Thanks for the reminder. I did 20 minutes this morning, standing with 7 1/2 pounds then sitting with 5 pounds and finished with 7 1/2 pounds standing for 10 minutes.

I tried to use the 7 1/2 pounds while sitting but it was too much weight on the ligs as yet.

Regarding losing, there seems to be a tugback effect when 100% erect that pulls the penis back inside somehow.

Since I began jelqing I noticed that my erection angle rose somewhat from horizontal by about 15 degrees and I’m wondering if that has something to do with it.

Got a minor case of heat stroke yesterday while scrubbing the deck to prepare it for painting. I didn’t realize it was nearing 40 degrees out there and felt fine until after supper, and then I collapsed on the couch and spent the evening fighting nausea and dizziness.

Needless to say I’m not feeling great yet and haven’t been up for hanging. I’m going to have some lunch and do a set before my client session at 2.00pm.

Got a 20 minute set with 5 pounds in, 15 of which was sitting. I still feel drained from the heat stroke. It’s even hotter out today and it’s overwhelming the two small air conditioners we have going in the house. I’m going to have to buy another one tonight.

Does anyone else find that you have to use less weight while seated?

I hang and I try to work at the same time. I haven’t gone above 5lbs yet I usually do 4-sets of 20min with 5lbs. I did do 5 yesterday felt fatigued I am shooting for 6-sets of 20min once I hit that and don’t feel fatigued I am going to go up in weight. How much weight do you usually do?

I use between 5 and 7 1/2 pounds. I’ve gone as high as 12 1/2 pounds, but feel that I should wait to go that heavy.

And I am a psychotherapist, so working with a weight hanging off my dick might ruin my credibility somewhat.

Yeah hanging while seated is definitely harder. The angle when your sitting is more of a BTC angle than straight down so you feel more of a tug on your ligs. I always hang sitting once in a while I walk around or swing the weight but about 90 percent of the time I’m sitting.

I have begun to do 5 minutes of standing and swinging, because it really pulls on the ligaments, then 15 minute seated which hits a different angle, but allows me to do the 15 minutes more comfortably than if I was standing, and guarantees that I won’t stop before the time is up.

Have you tried hanging straight out? Take two chairs and lie face down on them as you’re hanging. You can pivot your hips and turn your dick into a pendulum/propeller for a swinging effect. You’ll really feel a pull on your ligs.

I’m too big a person to fit comfortably across two chairs for even a minute, maybe two benches or some such. I realize that I’m going to have to try different angles but for now sitting and standing seems to be fatiguing the ligament substantially. I just have to up the amount of sets I’m doing and I should begin to see results this summer.

This morning I did 10 minutes standing with 7 1/2 pounds and swung about nicely, then finished off with 10 minutes sitting with 5 pounds, which is all I can stand while sitting at the the present, especially after the first bit of the workout.
