Red dots are an indication of too much internal pressure in the penis.

Are you trapping blood in the penis below the hanger?

If you are, then you need to stretch out and wait until you are entirely flaccid before attaching the hanger.

Hi again so was in the hanger hour n half 20 min sets did all the stretching blood out and wraped good hanger i am using is afb home made i dont have it to tight i dont think tight enough so does not slip with 3kg. I sit down for 1 set then stand 1 sets and same over tull finished.

The dots are nearly gone and not swollan anymore dont want that to happen again. I got to go away to work and not guna be able to get much time in do you think a 20 min set in morring and 1 at night would be ok if can get more time i will like. I have ordered stealth inerwear to day to help keep stretch all day take about 10 days to get it tho.

I think any time spent hanging will at least help to preserve what you have already worked for.

I do six times twenty minutes most days, but meetings sucked up my private time this afternoon and I missed 40 minutes which bugs me, but we can only do so much PE otherwise it can start to take us from our lives, and this series of meetings is my work.

I no what you mean it does not feel worth it if you do not get full sets in and yes if you let it it will take over your life. Pe-ing hanging and so on is a very time taker.

I am self-employed and if I don’t stay on task I don’t eat.

My struggle recently is to not give over to justifying re-arranging appointments and putting off finishing case notes so that I can do more hanging sets in.

Hanging has got me excited about actually hitting eight inches within the next year, and I find myself imagining what fifteen hours a week would do.

Then I get back to work.

Sticking to 6x20 minute sets is difficult, but I must stay disciplined.

I haven’t felt the same onset fatigue recently.

I just realised that this morning.

The extra pound added pulls nicely.

I miss that feeling, but on the other hand I don’t want strength.

The extra pound brought on the fatigue quickly, within five minutes.

I’m going to remove it to get to the end of this set.

A-unit you no when your on about strengthing how would you stop that happening i have just tryed 12 pound on set 2 but did not got to the fatigue stage now after i tryed to do another set it was a bit painfull so only add 5 pound then half way through added 2 pound now am i strengthing it or does that sound ok. I have never got to the stage were have to take weight off half way through.

I think you have to load up early in your sets in a day and hunt for early fatigue, then decrease slowly and ride the fatigue for as many sets as your body and time would permit.

This fatigue is an odd thing.

It comes really fast when it comes, but sometimes not at all.

That’s why I have to load up early now and get lighter as things progress.
