I hung hanged for the first time today.

7.5? Hey that’s great, finally moving again.

Well, unrepeatable as this morning my wife was here, which was fantastic, but she would have questions.

Congrats on 7.5 a-unit, that is a great number. I have been hovering around 7.375 but I have not measured in a month. I am waiting for a few more months to see what I get. Nice to hear about your gains bro.

Last night I had some good sessions with fulcrum and BTC hangs, the heaviest weight I’m using is 8 lbs and getting a good stretch with it. The next length measurement I’m looking for is 6 3/4. Maybe by the end of March?

I haven’t been trying to work on girth so much as length, but my mid-girth is about 5 3/8 now. I’m definitely looking and feeling thicker.

I do want to make clear that 7.5” is unofficial and I won’t be remeasuring until I’m finished the mega-hang in march.

I have had some girth measurements of 6.5” as well but the largest repeatable was the 6 1/8” last year that remains to this day.

Such is the challenge of PE.

I have never focused on girth yet seem to get girth as a by-product of hanging, which is why I fundamentally believe that there are many ways that dicks react to PE.

I thought I was going to get through my sets today without dropping wright, but in the second part of my third double I had to drop the weight as soon as I re-attached the hanger.

I like that I’m still getting fatigue without having to increase the weight.

To me this says the tissues are not having the ability to adapt positively and get stronger, and hopefully this indicates onset deformation.

I hope that is true as well a-unit. I’ve been fulcrum hanging on the edge of pain, but a slight position change relieves it and I can continue, or sometimes drop the weight. But I can finish the set.

Jim, there is so much to PE that is trial and error.

The idea of plastic deformation seems plausible given that ears seem to stretch out and remain stretched over time if you put big rings in them, but I’m not sure if there is a direct correlation.

Given the level of reporting here and my own experience, it would seem as if the direction I’m heading in will give results.

This last few weeks I’ve sacrificed substantial EQ loss and a large amount of time throughout the day away from work to forge ahead and get some more length and these ate reasonable prices to pay if the growth is there.

I never get discouraged when I plan, and I’m always looking for options for the future.

If the mega-hang fails, then a decon break will follow for a month followed by the possibility of direct girth work, or the potential for a longer decon while I weigh options.

I have never taken a formal decon and I’ve read some find growth while resting.

I like how you think A-unit, I also believe your experiment will pay off. Hanging is trial and error as is any form of PE. I think the best thing one can do is to have a log like yours. These logs are the foundation we lay for others to follow and every little mistake or gain we post will help some one in the future.

Sometimes a break from hanging is not only good for the penis but also good for the mind. It is good to reset mentally. I think if you do make the gains you are seeking then you should stick with the hanging untill the gains stop, of course that doesn’t mean you absolutely should not take a break. Either way we have all of our lives to PE if we so choose. I don’t look at this as something I must accomplish in a set amount of time. It seems as if you are in it for the long haul as well.

If this fails I will test a while and try again later.

I’ve tried the the impatient approach many times and mostly failed, and when I’ve been patient, planned and executed I’m mostly successful.

I’ve also lived a charmed life too, for which I’m grateful, but it taught me some bad habits when I was younger.

Flexibility is the key.

Fatigue really hit me in the third set today.

I had to immediately drop the weight to even get the hanger attached.

And I notice that my flaccid stretched length seemed longer and more stretchy that usual.

Just an observation.

I don’t know what that means in PE terms.

It sounds like you are winning? I measured my stretched flaccid last weekend and it’s up to 7.5” It was at 7” a month earlier.

Am I correct that you can purchase a hanging unit from a penis enlargement company that handcrafts the equipment to the penis?

Cause it appears people are going to home depot & the like and making their own gear.
