I hung hanged for the first time today.

And the top of the shaft is really swelled.

Later last night the erection I had wad so crazy hard and inflated it was like it was clamped.

I am doing the same routine (2 times 20 minutes hanging with a brief rest in between, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.) As yesterday with the mechanical stretch session in the bath around supper time, and I will hopefully see similar results.

Interesting. So the swelling went down and everything is looking good?

Yes.

The swelling is a normal tissue response to stress.

From what I have read many who use penis pumps experience this type of swelling, and some use it pre sex.

My wife didn’t seem to mind though.

Didn’t experience the same swelling after repeating Mondays workout, though my flaccid was good and my erections were strong later.

I have basically doubled my hanging output, so it is bound to have an effect one way or another.

Hopefully it will result in more length.

Starting my second double set of the day and already ten pounds is too much.

I dropped the weight to seven and a half and this weight is manageable.

I have never actually experienced the fatigue that many hangers indicate they have experienced because I guess I haven’t ever done the amount needed to get there.

I’m glad I decided to up the intensity finally and get over the idea of spending nearly fifty minutes at a time in a cold basement office to get what I want.

Hanging with 8 lbs BTC right now. My first set was a fulcrum with 5 lbs.

Jim, do you feel you’ve grown from any of the hanging you’ve been doing?

I feel as if this doubling I’m doing will finally get me toward some growth. It certainly is lot more stress than I’ve been used to.

I have read that hangers are doing 8 and 10 20 minutes a day in some cases. That just staggers the imagination!

I don’t have the time even if I thought it would be worthwhile.

Sometimes I can only get two sets, or it may be five. But that’s all I have time for. As for growth, time will tell how much more, but I have grown since I started in October. This is hard to quantify, but my dick looks and feels bigger. And the tape says it is. I’ve gotten an increase of1/4 to 3/8 in length and 1/4 girth since Oct. I use the same tape and method to measure.

That’s good news. I get discouraged occasionally and its good to hear that someone is succeeding.

The new program I’m doing now is taking a toll. I’m not sure if its the month long flu and cough I’ve Bern enjoying, or whether the PE its self is the cause, but I seem to have to drag myself through my PE sets.

Not that I would ever miss a set though!

Well, I get encouraged when I see a gain, but I want to wait a while until I measure to make sure I’m being consistent with the measuring. Lately it’s been looking like I’m getting close to 6.5” BPEL after edging to full erection. But I’ll wait and keep going like I am. I do stretches in the sauna and the fowfer when I can’t hang, but I do get some hanging in every day.

My BPFSL is 7” or more at this point but I didn’t measure that when I began.

It’s funny about measuring, the other night I was having my 7th wave erection (my wife’s term) and it seemed like when I used to clamp up to 61/2” girth and my length had to have been over 71/2”.

That was right after my first double hanging session on Monday.

I wasn’t going to stop and measure though.

My flaccid stretched length is a touch over eight inches in my mechanical stretcher without an engorged head, but I’m unsure about what that means in terms of growth potential, or as a limiting factor because it has got longer since I started by about an inch.

After reading my previous post I see that I didn’t make much sense. Contradictions about measuring or not, and then I did etc. Sounds stupid.

But anyway, I’ve wondered about the flaccid stretch length too and what that number may indicate for growth potential. I guess it’s good enough to know that it increases, so you know that you are in fact gaining?

a-unit and Jimsballs I see you both are doing hanging and so am I. My question is, are you both following Positive Indicators to determine if you need to keep hanging or slow down and take a break? Just wondering because while I was doing manuals, I rarely had to take a break from jelqing and stretching. Though now after doing a few sets of fulcrum hanging, I’m unable to get morning wood, though I’m not turtling. Then again I’m also stretching ( and using an ADS though not consistently throughout the day). Just wondering how much do you guys hang before you do rest or are you guys just following a progressive number of sets/day at a pre-determined weight.

Jsagao, I haven’t lost any erection quality since starting to hang.

I recently doubled the amount of sets of hanging I do throughout the day by doing back to back sets per session, and no negative effect on my erections whatsoever.

The weight I’ve been using has remained the same and I have been experiencing some fatigue in the afternoon session where I have to lower the weight.
