I hung hanged for the first time today.

I guess I hijacked my own thread!

What are your opinions of the snake hanger?

The contact surface area is large. Looks comfortable given the fact that you can wrap heavily before putting it on.

I’m not familiar with the snake hanger, but thanks for the kind words and good luck with your PE career.

One thing I can say though is plan to hang as much as you can once you become accustomed to the exercise.

I am limited by sharing accommodation with a wife who is unaware of my PE activities, and also by my work schedule throughout the day.

I am beginning to do back to back 20 minutes in an attempt to get more hours in a week.

A-unit, I’ve been fulcrum hanging now for part of the PE session. The weight I use is 5lbs, and then increase to 7.5.after a few minutes of starting. Yesterday I was hanging and felt pain in the shaft that’s over the fulcrum. It got sharp enough that I took it off quickly. I continued to hang BTC with out pain afterward. Now when I hang using the fulcrum, I need to shift position to avoid the pain. It’s not gone altogether, but mild enough to finish the time under hang.

My question is: Have you felt something like this? Is this a sign that I’m actually stretching or should I stop? What do you think?

Any time you feel what you feel as pain, especially sharp pain, you need to be careful.

It is a good sign that you could continue BTC afterwards, but if you still have to avoid the area, it most likely means some injury was incurred and you really have to keep an eye on things until the feeling passes.

Is your penis sensitive in that area when hard?

I’m going to start back to back sessions as of this morning to up the hanging tempo somewhat.

I’m not sure why I hadn’t thought of this before, hut here we are.

I will just have to hang and eat at the same time this afternoon!

I’m in the middle of my second double set this afternoon and while I’m sore I don’t feel any exhaustion as yet.

Right after I typed the last post the pain began and I had to lower the weight to 7 1/2 pounds from 10.

My first set tomorrow will tell more.
