I hung hanged for the first time today.

Holidays were tough for me too a-unit, but I’ve had a few good sessions now. I’m feeling some soreness on the ligs, it takes a really good warmup before I hang or it is mildly painful. Is this normal?

Finally did 20 minutes seated fulcrum hanging this morning.

I got to 10 pounds and then tried adding another pound and the skin on the shaft pinched against the tube that I’m using for a fulcrum and so I ended the session.

18 minutes is better than nothing and I will do another set this afternoon.

Upped the weight to twelve and a half pounds to see what would happen and everything seems fine so far.

That is the most weight I’ve ever used with this clamp and its holding just fine even with heat making the wrap warm.

I don’t warm up,. But I use a lot of really hot air from the heat gun as I start.

And I’m glad the holidays are over for a number of reasons.

I’m fulcrum hanging again this morning.

After pinching yesterday I’m going to take it slowly and not roll the fulcrum too far back so the skin from the shaft pinches against the fulcrum.

I’ve had some good sessions for the last week or so. I had a session with the lady too, EQ was better than I remember in a long time. PE is good stuff.

I’m finally getting back to the rhythm of hanging and locked in a good fulcrum set with ten pounds, adding an extra pound for the last bit with only minor discomfort.

I did ten pounds standing for ten minutes to warm up and stretch out to reach over the fulcrum.

I find if I warm up standing first I can sit over the fulcrum better and not pinch the skin.

Good first set this morning and I’m a little sore this afternoon so I will have to watch the wright increase.

Too sore to add more weight so I stuck to 7 1/2 pounds for twenty minutes over the fulcrum.

The shaft was stretching too far with the added weight and pinching the skin between the clamp and the fulcrum.

I’m keeping up with your posts a-unit, I hope this is going to work out well for you. I’ve been getting four 20 minute hanging sessions in daily this week. I’m going to stay at six pounds as long as I’m getting a stretch. The next step up will be 7.5 lbs. I’m trying to go a month at a time without weight increase, by summer I should be up to 10 lbs and high hopes of increased length.

I wouldn’t worry too much about weight increase unless you aren’t feeling soreness.

I wish I had the time to do at least one more set a day and be able to keep going over the weekends, but I have a full house Saturday and Sunday which makes it difficult to get privacy.
