Has any of you ever lost length, but gained girth from hanging? Cause that’s whats going on with me right now. I have recently started hanging again after a four month decon break. For the first month I hung only SD and BTC. I was doing 6 sets at 20 minutes each, 6 days a week. At the end of the month I was hanging 10 pounds comfortably. I started at about 5lbs.
I then switched to SO and SU. I had to go down in weight because I just cant seem to handle as much weight at these angles right now. Weird I know. Hanging SO and SU is where I had my success before, and I was hanging about 10lbs then. So since I made the switch from SD and BTC to SO and SU I have gained about a .25 of an inch in girth, mostly around the attachment point. And I have lost a .25 inch in length.
If I had to take a guess, that means I’m over doing it? And if so should I take a decon break, or just reduce the load for a while? I am using a Bib Hardcore in case anyone asks. Also, do you ever have days that you just cant seem to get a comfortable attachment? I’m having one of those days today! Anyway, your help is appreciated! Thank you!!!
