Has any of you ever lost length, but gained girth from hanging? Cause that’s whats going on with me right now. I have recently started hanging again after a four month decon break. For the first month I hung only SD and BTC. I was doing 6 sets at 20 minutes each, 6 days a week. At the end of the month I was hanging 10 pounds comfortably. I started at about 5lbs.

I then switched to SO and SU. I had to go down in weight because I just cant seem to handle as much weight at these angles right now. Weird I know. Hanging SO and SU is where I had my success before, and I was hanging about 10lbs then. So since I made the switch from SD and BTC to SO and SU I have gained about a .25 of an inch in girth, mostly around the attachment point. And I have lost a .25 inch in length.

If I had to take a guess, that means I’m over doing it? And if so should I take a decon break, or just reduce the load for a while? I am using a Bib Hardcore in case anyone asks. Also, do you ever have days that you just cant seem to get a comfortable attachment? I’m having one of those days today! Anyway, your help is appreciated! Thank you!!!

Well it seems as if I answered my own question on this one. I took a 4 day decon break and what do ya know…the quarter of an inch I lost came back, plus a little! YEAH! So I guess I just over did it a little. Good new is that I didnt loose the girth gains. For people using a Bib, do you find that you gain girth around the attachment area?

Yeah it seems that I am gaining some girth around the base and I am not doing any girth exercises. All I do is hang usually for 4-5 hours a day.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

You’re not overdoing it - don’t cut back on any sets.

What happens is, when you’re deforming those tissues they swell.. get inflamed.. which can actually cause retraction while they’re healing.

The reason you gained it back when you took time off was that the swelling was able to go down, and more of the penis was able to be exposed.

Rest assured (pun intended) that taking rest days and time off is NOT productive. When the tissues reach that healing phase.. they’re doing just that. Healing. This is not something we want in the overall game of hanging. We want to keep constantly pulling and stretching.. and the only excuse for letting them heal is when we can’t hang for whatever reason. Healing them WILL make it appear longer temporarily, but guess what? It’s going to be that much harder to resume the process of deformation. You’ll have to add more weight, more time, etc.

Don’t get scared. More sets, the better. I’m sure you’d rather be smaller now and bigger at the end of the month than the other way around.

If he had ‘more the penis exposed’ had no lost length.

And, FYI, when tissues ‘get inflammed and swell’, it’s a sign of a grave degree of damage, in the case of connective tissue, so WE WANT the healing of tissues. You speak of things you don’t know at all, and you are giving dangerous advices.
