hmm, reading your routine of late I would suggest you consider the “less is more” approach for awhile. As others have mentioned, you may find success in just backing off for a bit: not stopping but cutting back.
I am closing in on 1.5” total bpel gain over my PE career which has spanned several years. There have been long periods where I have not stayed active but just did minimal maintenance manual exercises. This past Nov. I started up again with the intent to grow more but doing it stealth. My main routine is ADS with manual stretches. Using the ADS and daily manual stretches I gained 0.25” over the last 3 months and am continuing to gain. That may seem slow but I am fine with that speed considering I only stretch while in the car commuting to work and ADS during the work day.
I give my story only to help you see that there are lots of options out there and it may be good for you to look at some of them.
