How's this for a new routine? Decon break results also.
Whatsup fellow hangers? Next Sunday will conclude my deconditioning break from hanging, and I’ve come up with my new routine…looking for some input on it. My deconditioning break lasted a little over a month and in that time, my BPFSL went from 7.6 to 7.4, but my EL went from 7.1 to 7.2! I accredit it to doing kegels every other day. Kegels make my dick so hard I think it may burst.
As for the routine-basically I’m going to hang 6.5 pounds for a total hang time of 1 hour and fifteen minutes everyday for 1 month straight. If not everyday, then I will still try my best to get in a total of 8.75 hours of hang time a week. Also wearing my PE weights when I’m not hanging or sleeping.
In addition to the hanging and ADS I was considering doing some wet jelqs at night prior to bed. Nothing serious, just 5-10 minutes of jelqing to help my dick get engorged with blood and hopefully help transfer those flaccid gains to erect gains. This is where I was hoping to get yall’s input.
What do yall think about the jelqing? I feel jelqing would be an excellent addition to a hanging routine since it will engorge the penis with blood and isn’t as intense as clamping. Also, I always saw jelqing as more of a length gaining exercise since I gained an inch of length from it.
