How To Prevent Minor Bruising In Glans With Vac Hangers?

I use an LG hanger and had to take a week off due to little dark spots in my glans with accompanying pain in the glans. I usually pump to about 7 HG and my routine is in my signature. Any insight on preventing this?


Current BPEL: 5.5" Start BPEL: 5 .25"

BPEL Gains So Far: .25"

Goal: BPEL 7.5"

The problem is too high a pressure for too long. Once you attach a weight to your initial 7”hg pressure, the pulling force increases that pressure even more.

Can you hold the weight using 4”hg?

Split your routine up into 20 minute hangs.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

4 HG under load or preload? I keep it at 7 HG while under load and that does seem to be to much. I’ll try 4 HG under load tonight and see how that works.

So I can hang at 5 HG under load and it does not slip. I’ll hang here for now but what happens when I start adding some real weight? Will my dick just be used to it at that point and can go up in pressure or will I need to find another way to keep it from slipping?

OK…. NVM. I hung at 5 HG and when I took off my bandage my glans was Purple and red…… Fucking scared the shit out of me. I don’t know if I can vac hang anymore. I may just have to use a bib.

I find with the LG hanger the way it’s designed that your glans should completely pack the glans chamber the pressure does not increase because the attachment force transfers into a friction force instead of vaccuum attaching to the glans. Important and pivotal thing is your glans must pack the chamber completely for friction to work.

Actually try 10Hg to be really sure you pack the glans chamber, I did this and I’m sure the only force transefered to my glans was friction.

I think it is time to take a long break from the vac hanger and let your glans heal completely.

I second gprent here. If you are already hurt, even if the 10Hg suggestion is feasible and will work, it is not practical with a prior injury.

Worried about how to get the hanger to work after you heal.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My current PE4F pumping project and my balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *9* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I know the problem with LG, don’t ever do over one hour set and make sure your glans is at the back wall of the chamber. When you put weight on your glans will move little bit but its not slippage. Most important tip is that when you get blood blisters some day, just let it heal!! I take atleast one week break. And go slow with the weights

I am moving into a manual routine for two months to make sure everything is nice and healed and then I will try to go back to the LG and make sure my glans completely fills the chamber. When I lowered the pressure and a sizable gap started to appear inside the chamber is when I got this injury so I am sure that this is the issue. I hope that I can still make some good gains with a manual routine while I am healing up.

Think 2 months will be long enough or should I go longer? My penis looks a lot better today but it looked really fucked up yesterday. Like I was contemplating going to the ER it looked so messed up.

Ok, sounds good. I have a tendency to go to hard to fast with things so I will have to make an effort to slow it down.

I don’t understand how your getting bruised glans if you are wrapping correctly,or irritated glans. How are u wrapping? I have never had but one small small blister, but other then that nothing,and have done hanging up to 12 pounds.
