How should I hang?

Guys I would like to know how should I hang?

I put my captain wench at the base of my penis because I feel a good stretch on the sides but I have no idea if I am working properly. However what I do is I sit on the edge of a chair and I place my legs up on my bed!Is it correct?

Can you suggest me other positions because I don’t really find others in this forum!

Every time I ask nobody reply me!

I would mention that my gland do not have a nice color but how can you avoid the dark color I think it’s impossible!

When I apply the weight the wrap slip a little bit but I think that’s normal!

Advices are very welcome thanks

It is recommended to attach the hanger about an inch below your glans. Attaching it lower towards the base will stretch more skin.

The hanging position you describe is BTC, it targets the ligaments and often stretches your skin in the process. I haven’t tried this myself but it does seem to be effective for your ligaments.

Other positions are SD, SO (e.g. with the use of a pulley), SU and OTS.

It’s not impossible to hang without discoloration of your glans. The darkening comes from pressure building up in your glans. A slipping hanger is usually the culprit.

To prevent your hanger from slipping it has to be attached tighter. If you can’t get your wench tight enough you may need to switch to an AFB or BIB hanger.

It can be normal for the material you use. A rubber wrap wouldn’t normally slip but a little slippage is ok because a wrap should be loose and the hanger tight. It’s the hanger’s job to keep the wrap in place.

I wonder where Should I feel the fatigue! Is it true that less wrapping is better? If I use less wrap I am not able to hang 3.5kg I feel disconfort on my internal skin! Is it a good thing? So after 1 year of newbie where I Gained 1 inch I stopped gainining! I wonder where I shoul start to hang now! What’s the better way! Place the hanger towards the base to stretch ligs or towards the glan to stretch tunica? Thanks in advance

Remember hanging for length is a marathon not a sprint. I always wondered what the correlation between time spent hanging and actual length gained is. Based on my best assumption its probably 800 -1000 hours per inch gained. Granted the first inch will be quicker however for the close to 3 inches I gained hanging this seems right .

Hang more,
Add wrap,
And vary the position of both the hanger and the hanging angle.
Read ALL previous posts regarding hanging into fatigue.

personally i don’t use wrap however if the skin is sore add some baby powder under the wrap and/or add some wrap.

Hang BTC (Behind the cheeks) to target the ligs. Hang upward angles to target the tunica. You dont place the hanger on a different position for different targets, its the angle.

Pillars-

For the first year of my hanging I attached toward the base and consequently i think my gains was from lig stretch. After thinking i maxed out the ligs and to mix it up i started attaching the hanger just behind the head and felt a completely different stretch as the tunica was lengthened.

So IMO attaching the hanger at different spots on the shaft DOES make a difference and IS useful. It becomes more useful when incorporated with various angles. You can also disconnect the weights from the hanger and use the hook on the bib to get some very creative angles including reverse between the crack… crazy shit but effective.

I’ve been doing very little of any type PE for the past couple of years.

During the times when i was more active with PE there seemed to always be a central routine that I used; For example initially jelqing, then hanging followed by some of the manual stretching exercises. That said there was also a secondary routine that supplemented that primary program.

Looking back on what i know now IMO if a person wants to make their dick longer by hanging that should be their focus then when the desired length is reach incorporate girth exercises as the primary focus.

Thanks for your adivice but if you would like to explain what does it mean hangin angles everyone in this forum will benefit from it!

I mean how to sit where I have to place the leg, if the hanger has to go close the head or the base! Thanks in advance

A couple of angles/ positions to consider:

If you hang in a normal manner; basically straight down and place a small book or flat object under the base of the hanger (where the hinge is) and the chair you are sitting in it will do two things. first take a little pressure off your dick and second add stress to the tunica and ligs at the same time. The result will be a more comfortable hang that is extremely effective in stress your penis and ligs.

The other hang “angle” to consider is BTC - in this position you raise your legs perhaps place your feet on the desk in front of you and slide down in the chair and let the weight fall back between your cheeks. Not very comfy but effective as well.

Bigger would hang while sitting in a recliner using both of these methods. The weight would fall though the opening in the recliner. Then he would cover the whole deal with a blanket and watch TV for hours in the living room.

Anyway - I’m more than willing to help out till the end of the year and support the other moderators, but i don’t know it i can be active every day.

The other basic angle/position is over the leg and in this case you place the hanger on your leg ( hinge on the thigh with a magazine or book under it) and pass the weights over the leg hanging on the outside.

I’m sure everything i just said is here on the board somewhere
