I just started my second week of hanging. I have been hanging with the wench with 5 pounds for 2 15 min. sessions. I hang mon-fri. I did a girth routine on sat where I put an elastic hair tie at the base and just keggle as much blood in and do bends. My dic gets pretty big, I’m only about 4.5 to 4.7 in girth, and it goes to mabey 5.1 or 5.2. My question is should I leave this girth routine in on sat, or use sat and sun for resting. I am only about 6.5 non bone pressed, so I need both length and girth. Also when should I move up in weight and time.

I believe most recommend to concentrate on one or the other, and more likely length first. You could use the time you would work on girth to hang.

Yes, I agree with JM. Work length, for now. Girth is Easy. Besides hanging will give you nice base girth anyway, you can always even things up later with jelqing erect bends, Ulis and of course with the girth cementing pump. It is length that is a bitch for most and a fat dick will only slow you down with length gains.

These guys are all steering you right. Work the length now. Maybe jelq between sets to get your penis going. And keep up the kegels. I even do them while I hang. In fact, I pretty much do them all the time now - it’s turned into a nervous habit. But mostly, work the length.
