How Often To Hang

I have heard that you need atleast 10 hours of hanging to see results. I have been getting probably half of that hanging but the rest I probably put in with ADS the other days. My question is do most people hang twice a day because I find it difficult to get an hour or more session in of just hanging at one time. Would it be alright to hang one hour in the morning and 30min at night throughout the week to reach about 10 hours of hanging for the week? Let me know.. Thanks

If you are new to hanging start slow.

After a proper warm-up of 10-15 minutes, three 10 minute sets on a one day on, two days off schedule is plenty at first. I would also recommend lighter weights at first (5 or 6 pounds) and at least five minute or so inbetween sets jelqing lightly. Do this in the morning and then wear a light ADS for the rest of day, and on the two off days.

Do a search on IPR protocol.

It is a good way to slowly begin to add weight and pace yourself, without injury.

There are many theories here, but the schedule you are proposing is pretty intense (even if you are using lower weight at first), even for experienced hangers. Daily hanging for a total of an hour and a half gives your dick no time recover. You risk injury and that could lead to backward results.

I’m assuming you have finished the three month newbie routine?

Is that really true?!

My reading must be totally out of date (I’m currently hanging 3kg up to 12 sets every day).

Is IPR protocol proven?

I have been hanging for probably the past 2 months now and have worked my way up to 10 pounds for 1 set of 20 min and then 10 pounds of 1 set for 15min is all I can handle right now. I just wasn’t sure if I was doing enough hanging to actually see results. I took it very slow in the begining and plan on keeping it slow, I just read some things and kinda feel like i am not hanging enough and almost wasting my time. But I guess I have to just stick with it to see results.. Thanks

See my thread ‘best ways of hanging - some ideas’. Don’t start with that regimen after reading Mr. Happy’s post in this thread. I believe that three sessions of 20-(better) thirty minutes at 15-(better) 20 pounds would be ideal. I think the three sessions should be spread over the day 1 in the morning 1 around noon and 1 in the evening. Wear an ads at least one or two hours after hanging, then, til the next session a homemedics wrist band which you should always wear at night (never let it turtle!).

I think this just shows how different each of us can be. I am hanging SO 4 sets of 30 min. Almost everyday! Not bragging at all. But I read quite often of people hanging relatively light weights for fairly short periods of time and finding it quite difficult to keep it going. I typically hang 6 to 7 days a week and with around 15 to 17 lbs. And I have yet to experience any negative side effects. Of course ,I’m NOT condoning this type of routine but I find it very interesting that one guy has problems with hanging 7 lbs. For 15 min. When others (bib for instance) can hang for many hrs. With extreme weight. I guess it is so amazing to me because I always thought a penis is a penis and we were all basically the same. Posted picture proof in my log. I have done 3 IPR- hanging periods and gained 0,8cm from the first period and 0,4cm from the second period and nothing from the third period (did to little decon and started with to light weight).

Something tells me English is not your first language.

ADS means All Day Stretcher.

This all day stretching can be accomplished a few different ways: one is the weights from the link at peweights.com. These weights are light enough to be worn all day - different from hanging.

There are other contraptions that you can attach to your penis and stretch it out for long periods of time as well.

ADS use is typically employed as a means of supplementing shorter, more intense sessions of hanging heavier weights, which is what this thread is talking about.

Few months of practice do not make anyone an expert of anything.

At this game, trial and error is too risky a strategy to implement.

There is no exact knowledge of how and why growth occurs, but is well known that some weekly days off are required in every training activity as it is known that its necessary to warm up and build up efforts progressively.

A badly injured bone is fixable, a badly injured penis could make one impotent for ever.

Buby - I disagree. Muscle workout requires resting days, pe doesn’t - since we are talking about stretching here. I hang every day.
