It is also a psycological issue,

to me, keeping the mind far from my dick for a day or two every week is important, to work out another week, then another month and then another year.

In the past I tried to do it full time but after few weeks I quit and went back to pumping only.
Now, I avoid real pumping ( I do it light as a warm up) as I know when it is nice and swollen I cannot hang.

My unit is smaller, but finally growing for real.

JD - I don’t think the dicks are so different, rather the hanging technique makes the difference. I hang 15 pounds for 30 minutes as well with no pain or other negative signs. Dick comes out of the hanger warm and ready for whatever.

So you are saying you hang for only 30 mins a day? If so what angle? That’s awesome if you see gains with 30 mins. Right on!

I can’t comment for Ticker,but I have been hanging 4 sets of approx. 15 lbs. At 30 min. Per set with at least a 15 min. Break in between. I also am hanging SO while lying in bed with a bungee cord connected to ceiling. I haven’t been doing this long enough to expect any significant results(haven’t measured yet,but will soon). Also ,I am not condoning going over the commonly requested 20 min. Sets with 10 min. Breaks. This is just something I’m “giving a shot”. Time will tell whether or not this will be of any benefit.
