How much weight do YOU use?

How much weight do YOU use?

I’ve been hanging for about 2 weeks now and I use anywhere from 15-20 lbs. How much do you use?

Been hanging 1 month on Sunday and only hang with 7 1/2 lbs BTC. I tried 10lbs the other night, but ended up with what looks like a blood blister on my head(real small dot). Took off yesterday and want hang again til Sunday, for safety sake. I’m not for sure if it was from hanging or if I accidently pinched it somehow.

I don’t see how you guys can go up so much, unless maybe you are using the Bib hanger and it is very comfortable.

Lucky,

That’s a huge amount to be hanging after such a short time. Be careful man!

I’ve been hanging for 4 weeks and am nowhere near 15 lbs.

How long are you hanging for, and how many sets? I would guess at that weight, you are only hanging for 5-10 minutes at a time.

Later.

Really?
I have been hanging for a little over a week and hang 5 pounds.
And I think I will be hanging with 5 pounds for some time to come. I will not be increasing the weight until I find that 5 pounds no longer fatigues my unit.
BE VERY VERY CAREFUL Lucky, that is a lot of weight for anyone, let alone someone hanging such a short time.

I have been hanging for about 3 months now and I am just working up to 9 or 10 lbs. As long as you are careful then the best of luck to you. Just be careful of any blisters or bruising on the glans being that is where you are most likely to get damage IMO.

I hang enough to bring fatigue only. The most I have had to hang is 32 lbs, to get the fatigue going. The beauty is that when the fatigue sets in I can ride it and dramatically lower the weights. The beast is if I miss a day , I am forced to hang a heavy weight to bring the fatigue on. Point is, If I could hang 5 lbs. the rest of my PE career while keeping the fatigue, I would be thrilled because it’s not a weight lifting competition.

Alice

3 1/2 pounds

My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

Ditto.

I hang with 5 for 2 sets of 15-20 min (depending on how I feel) and then reduce to 2.5 pounds for another 2 sets.

Alice,

How you considered taking a break to allow your dick to decondition? Maybe you could then go back to hanging with lighter weights?

Yes, I have taken a break. Last one was 3 weeks, with only light jelqing. In short, it did help,I felt like a newbie with 10 lbs feeling like 50,but unfortunately it didn’t last as long as I would have liked. Nevertheless, right now I am hanging 25-30 hrs. a week, which has greatly helped in general with regard to riding out the fatigue,I also hang 7 days a week.

Thanks,Alice

I have just recently had some breakthroughs in wrapping and circulation(i use the wench), so now I’ve moved up from the 5,7, and 10 pound range and can now hang up to 22 pounds comfortably for about 10 minutes. I do my sets to at least 15 minutes minimum. Basically, once you’ve hung like 15 pounds or so and it’s comfortable to the point you don’t even know it’s there it becomes easier to hang heavier weights. If you hang 12-15 pounds and it feels uncomfortable, I’m guessing there’s a good chance that it’s something wrong with the set up you’ve got(either wrapping or hanger), it’s not that your dick can’t handle it. I never used to get a fatigue feeling when using low weights, so I maxed out to see how much weight I could hang comfortably for like a minute.

I’ve worked my weight up to 17.5 pounds, using 5/8, then 1.25, then 2.5 pound plates. (Will stop when I reach 20 pounds, I swear.) It went just slow enough, never had a blister or mark.

The secret is definately in the set up and/ or wrap. If something isn’t right the second you apply the weight, get out fast.

Even having hung for as long as I have, I still sometimes don’t get everything 100%, and end up starting over. Otherwise you’ll just suffer until you correct it and this is where you are most in danger.

It takes about me a minute and a half for the setup but just thirty seconds to tear it down. However, I have spend much time diagnosing any pain or problems before I dis-engage my hanger so it can be improved before I apply it again.
