How much weight do I need?

How much weight do I need?

Hi guys.

I’ve been doing PE fairly consistently now for about the last 3 years. I got a quarter inch gain in length from the Newbie Routine but, since then, there have been no more changes in length. I used to do up to 30-40 mins manual stretching along with 30 mins jelquing per day for several months with a day off every 5 or 6 days. That made no difference.

I’ve also spent 6 months using a Jes-extender for an average of 4 hours a day but without any manual stretches and I lost my newbie gains. Went back to manual stretches and got them back.

Tried pumping, which works great for girth, but still no extra length. (Any pumpers interested, I can get up to 7.75 inches in the tube).

I measure 7.5”BPEL x 6”EG midshaft, 6.5” at base. I don’t want to continue pumping if it’s only going to give me more girth (which I don’t really want) and not any length gains. So… I’ve started hanging using a home- made hanger. I know you’re not meant to start off with heavy weights but, as my dick is too stubborn to grow any longer, possibly due to the thickness, and get to the 8” mark, I have been hanging for 5 sets of 20 mins with 7kg (15lbs). This is bearable as long as I don’t move too much while hanging SD or SO. I really don’t think 5lbs would give me much of a stretch and the 15lbs gives me a nice feeling of fatigue by the 4th or 5th set.

Was wondering if any experienced hangers had any views on whether I’m starting off too heavy or if I’m doing the right thing?

1 hr of total hanging - WITH HEAT.

Followed by going into the pump tube with heat. 3 sets minimum

Jelq between hanging and pumping sets.

You will get some expansion if you use heat.

I use a electric heat pad wrapped around the pump tube.

Thanks for your reply dj.

I should have mentioned that I wrap a warm rice sock around it before and in between sets and I wrap the same sock around the tube while I pump, only heated in the microwave a good bit more. And I do jelq between pump sets, but not between hanging sets. I’m just worried that too much weight may cause my ligs and tissues to get stronger and, thus, harder to elongate. I’ll see how it goes for a month and, if no success, try your suggestion of combining hanging and pumping. Cheers buddy.

I think you are going to make your penis even harder to gain length starting with 15 pounds. In your boots, I’d take a long decon-break. You’ve done a too intense work, that’s why you had small gains - these are my 2 cents.

Thanks marinera.

I know what you’re saying about “less is more”. I’ve tried taking it easy but that approach doesn’t seem to work for me. Everyone is different and it’s all a big gamble trying to find what will work for you when there are so many different approaches and techniques. God, all I’m looking for is half an inch. How hard can it be? Time will tell. Addio mio amico.

Addio? How about arrivederci (see you later)?

Sorry marinera. Got it from a translation site. I can’t speak Italian as you will no doubt have guessed. Can hardly speak English as I am Scottish. Och aye, hoots mon. It’s a braw, bricht moonlicht nicht the nicht, ye ken. :D

Start low (5lbs), add 2lbs every 2 weeks, for 2-4 (personally I’d say start with 2) sets of 10min every day.

Do that until you see gains, or it feels too uncomfortable (pain, bad PI’s, etc.)

less is more, and you may need heavy weights, but you sure don’t want to start with heavy weights. Keep an eye on your PI’s. If you’re turtling during/after your workout then you’re over doing it.

It’s hard to start slow and work up the weights slowly. But I can tell you from experience (I started trying to hang 10lbs. I started paying attention to my PI’s and now after 6months I’m moving up from 5lbs to 6lbs.) it’s best to start lighter. 5lbs may not feel like it’s pulling hard enough, but does it really matter that it feels light as long as you gain?

In the end it’s your choice, but the best advice I could possibly give is to PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR PI’S! I didn’t understand how important that was when I started hanging and I plateaued because of it. I just don’t want to see someone else learn the same stupid lesson I did :)

Oh wait, you’re scottish? Forget what I just said and hang 50lbs for 5hrs :D

Just kidding ;)

Thanks blackhat. Gonna go to bed now as I’m quite drunk and starting to fall asleep. See? I AM Scottish. And it’s 01.17 am here. Night night.

Well, that just narrows you down to being scottish OR irish.
