Any of the Veteran Hangers out there, what sort of gains have you experienced, and have these gains been permanent?

I don’t hang (yet) but I’ve read many posts on hanging. Check out the thread on the main page under ” Articles” titled “some collected wisdom from the Vets” (or something close to that).
It has some great info from “those who have really gained”.
You probobly already know the real answer to your question, but it’s a great read.

If I remember correctly, Bib went from 6 inches or so to 18 inches, all from hanging.
I’v got a bridge to sell ya too……
Bib actually gained something like +4”s.
