I have always been a pumper and still am but have not seen much gains over the last six months so I have started a regular session of hanging over the last two weeks .I decided shock treatment was the answer so started at 7.5kg[16.5 lb].Decided I could handle more as I felt no pain and went to 10 kg [22 lb]

I am now trying 12 kg [26 lb] Timing is five minuets in the morning ten minuets afternoon and fifteen minuets at night.After each session I pump up to get the circulation going again My rest day is Sunday.[no I don’t go to church]I will post in about six weeks to tell if I am making any gains

I settled on 3-20min sets at 22.5# OTS. Have found the DLD Blasters quite effective at this weight. I do this lying down with pull rope to pulley just over/behind my head, thus getting the entire pull as opposed to throwing weight over the shoulder where the pull is perhaps half the weight.
