How much did you gain by hanging?

I have gained 1/2 to 1 inch in non bone press length. From a Few months of hanging and extending as well. I worked my way up to 20lbs when I was hanging SD while sitting down on the bathroom sink with my legs on a chair.

That must e mind numbing. You should hang while watching a show a movie etc , the time goes much quicker, and you are thinking about it less also . Well help in the long run.

Was the girth gain at the very base?

hanging is not good for me ,It make penis hard and loose his elasticity and the increas de base girth

Just a little perspective on my gains.

I could only hang about 1 to 1 1/2 hours a day during the week until my wife and kids came home so I could only get in 2 to 3, 20 minute sets per day. Nothing on weekends. Now the trick to preventing the body from toughening the tissues during time off is to utilize an ADS ALL the TIME. And I mean ALL the time. It’s important to keep things stretched out so that healing doesn’t take place in the relaxed state. All that will accomplish is a very difficult condition to overcome and in many cases it can’t be overcome at all, which means what small amount of gains you’ve accomplished will be all you get.

At any rate consistency is an important principle but life has it’s demands and the ADS will provide the insurance policy against toughening and loss of progress.

What I found when looking back on my data showed that even though I might have had two or three days of no hanging with the use of an ADS my gains per hanging period would be consistent on a per hanging session basis.

Many guys here report how their gains have either slowed or stopped all together. That won’t happen with the usage of an ADS. It doesn’t have to be very heavy but just enough to keep things stretched out usually only amounting to a couple or three pounds.

Walter5169, no the gains were Mid shaft. I really wasn’t expecting or looking for girth gains when I started hanging. They just kinda of happened and have been a fortunate bonus.

BTW, I’m sure some of the girth gains are edema… not all but some. I haven’t taken enough days off in a row to properly asses.

After wasting years wishing for a bigger unit, I finally got my mind right and started hanging(after many start and finish with newbie route, some hanging for a few weeks/months between 2009 and 2014) religiously on November 2014.

I started at 2.25 lbs 2-5 sets a day. Today I’m at 7.5 lbs sets 2-5 sets a day depending on work/life schedule. I have gain 0.5” in that time.

The length is changing literally every second.. And also vary from day to day due to different factors

I went from 7x5.25 to 8x5.5 in 3 1/2 months, starting with the newbie routine, then adding light (up to 10 lbs) hanging primarily in the SO position. Some of those gains are newbie gains. I think most (but not all) of the gains are from the hanging. I think I made fast gains because I used a rice sock or hot water bottle to keep my unit warm while hanging. I do about 60 hrs/month hanging, 60 hrs/month ADS, but hope to do more next month.

I do most of my work at my desk, and hang at the same time with a hook screwed in under the desk and a pulley attached to the hook. That way I can rack up the hours easily.

Those are impressive gains. Did you do any angles in addition to SO under your desk? If you haven’t tried that I would recommend you give it a shot. It almost appears your dick is made of Taffy but never the less you could see some gain progression beyond what you’ve seen in the past.

As far as newbie gains is concerned, when you stick to light hanging principles you’ll find that your newbie gains will continue beyond the initial gains the first month or two.

Keep us abreast of the results if you do try Angles. Now keep in mind that angles don’t need to exceed more than a couple minutes to each side, then go back to your base SO position.

Actually, I tried BTC first, starting with 2 1/2 lbs. Didn’t like it, felt like a contortionist, couldn’t do much of anything else at the same time except watch tv or play with my ipad. But it did do a nice job of stretching ligs and changed my LOT a bit, from about 8 to 6:30.

A penis like taffy? That’s pretty funny. There might be a few reasons why I’ve been lucky so far.

When I started PE my BPFSL and BPEL were the same. But my BPFSL has stretched about 1” more than my BPEL (from 7” to 9”). I think my ligs were particularly tight, and softening them up probably accounted for at least half of my BPEL gains. That won’t continue, but was fun while it lasted. Perhaps another reason is that I just turned 60, and some believe that older guys gain more easily. I’ve also been consistent, following the advice from the senior folks here, and have been willing to experiment a bit to find an approach that works for me and isn’t too painful.

I’ll give your idea about other angles and fulcrums a shot. Right now, though, I’m just keeping the weight the same, trying your ideas, and adding time until fatigue sets in.
