At least 30 hours, in my opinion. In some cases, no number of hours will achieve an inch.

It’s not just the time spent hanging; you also have to factor in the weight.

You could hang for 2000 hrs a year with half a pound and get no results whatsoever.

Then again you could hang for half a second with a ton and get very substancial gains…

You’re aiming for a happy medium. I seem to remember Bib worked a weight/time graph a few years ago. I’ve seached but can’t find it.

Some may go against my theory, but, I think if you hang w/ 5# its gonna take twice as long as hanging with 10#, to get the same results. It might not be quite like that, but I would bet its not way off.. I have read that guys that have went pretty heavy, have had some of the biggest gains versus time.

How do they make the wrap??? I cant do more than 3kg :)

It depends on how your body responds to the tension at the cellular/biochemical level. I believe it is not a matter of physics but a matter of chemistry.

Physics does dominate the equation when hanging a ton, however :) .

I have seen that people who are not cut have trouble hanging. You got all that extra shit in the way, I guess.

It seems to depend on the design of your dick, to. Some people have a very small head on there unit, some, its more pronounced. I think people that have an odd shaped penis, with a very small head, attatching a hanger could be a problem. I have no problem hanging 15-20 pounds for 30 min. I mean the glands get a little cool and a little blue, but nothing that doesnt straighten right out with a little messaging.
I use the Redi-Stretcher from TPS. It seems to work awesome.
I believe no matter what, if you have a very small head, its gonna be a problem. Maybe someone with very small glands, thats a hanger, will help.

You absolutely need 481,25 hours or else you will not get it.

See now in this tread is the philosophy that more is better. i.e.: 5 lbs will produce half as much gain as 10lbs.

It doesn’t work that way. As a matter of fact it works the opposite, but I know that there are individuals out there that think that that is true. Actually if you read carefully many of the threads and posts about frustrated hangers you’ll find that they have done at least one of two things that stopped their gains.
1. They hang to much weight. This causes the tissues of the penis to protect itself against damage. Generally what happens is that you will experience swelling and aching. That is the indication of protectionism not progress. Some think that this is a positive thing when in actuality it is a negative. The other indication of to much weight is turtling immediately after the hanging session ends.
2. Inordinate time spaces between hanging sessions allowing a healing cycle to either complete or at least reach a point of enhanced strength.

Either of these conditions will produce plateauing. Beware!

No one really knows for sure, Monty. What you describe is indeed the conventional wisdom on hanging, but it’s far from proven.

It’s different for everyone. You could probably find an average but it would be meaningless.
