My main reason for going the heavy route is because I really do not have time to hang up to 3 hours or more a night. I’ve tried and I’m just not able to get anything else done much like Renholder was alluding to.
I am trying to set up a program that will work for me, as it stands I just do not have the time to hang that long. If I do not get any gains with the heavier weights I may reconsider a different strategy for myself.
Congratulations on your gains. I do use your stealth weights as well, thank you they are great.
I know exactly what you mean about the time issues. I only hung for 1 to 1.5 hours a day but even that was difficult to sacrifice. I hope that you don’t run into a dead end in some way. As the weight increases the problems have a way of multiplying.
I guess I came across a little wrong. What i was trying to say is there are things you could try before increasing weight without sacrificing progress. Fulcrums and angles.
Sorry for being a nudge here.
