How many hours strapped in before gains occur

How many hours strapped in before gains occur

So I have read multiple threads about how long till gains occur and there seems to always be a missing variable. So I am attempting to eliminate that variable and try to make this a little more scientific.

So my questions are how long strapped in and at what weight an angle with what hanger were you going at it till you started to see gains?

1. Total time strapped in?
2. Weight used?
3. Angle?
4. Hanger
5. Hanging routine?
6. When did gains occur?
7. Did you reach fatigue?
8. What did fatigue feel like to you?

If there are other variables I’m missing please let me know.

I too have theses questions as I have just started hanging (about two weeks ago) I’ll be watching this one.

Hopefully some guys kept records of this.

There are several threads on any of those subjects, hard to get what you want to make of a thread where all that gets mixed. Replies will be completely unuseful.

Maybe I missed it, but all the threads on this topic do not have a specific time frame. Its usually a month or two months something like that. That time frame doesn’t explain what I am asking. Also if people can answer these questions then it will not be unuseful.

There is no answer to this question, at least not one that will be correct for everyone. One could hang for weeks and even months with no gains if he does not hang properly, learn his body and how it responds and to what weight and amount of time is required. Some will gain very quickly with 1 to 3 sets per day while others may have to hang for up to 6 sets per day 7 days a week.

If you are looking for a theory of everything answer you will not find it. Just like their isn’t an eight weeks, 500 jelqs at 3 seconds per jelq = “profit!” answer.
