How Many Hours Should You Hang A Day?

Hi I’m just wondering how long one should hang a day and in what increments. Any advice would be helpful, thank you.

I believe you’ll find a lot of anecdotal evidence by looking at various guys’ Progress Reports. But you do need to tailor a routine to your needs.

I’ve been looking and it seems like most guys do 4-5 sets with 10-15 minute sessions. Slowly adding weight either weekly or bi weekly. I have been doing PE for about 10 months and used a extender for 7 of those along with helping and manual stretching. I want to try hanging because I have heard that’s where about of guys gain their length. Right now I’m using golf weights (2lbs) as like a all day hanger then hanging with 5 pounds at home(4 sets of 10 minutes) while also helping. Once I’m convinced these golf weights won’t fall off while at work I’ll get more.

As an older guy whose member seems to have shrunk w age, trying to determine

What optimal weight/time to use ..

Currently hanging 5# while sleeping for 2-3 hrs ,dangling off end of bed footboard.

6 days a week.

And manually pulling in the car 90 min day.

Started to hang whenever possible at home, part time home office permits privacy.

Currently perfected BiB wrapping system which I only can credit this site for Helping me with (thank you!),

Which has enabled me to hang 10 lbs for 2 hrs straight with little

Or no discomfort ..

Wondering if hanging 8 hrs a day 10 lbs or bumping gradually up to 20 lbs with shorter duration

Would be preferable.

Currently back to lifting, weight training and showing excellent mass building using peptides

But not HGH..

Hoping to translate this into penis growth, cause I’m currently below. 6”

And when a young stallion measured 7.5

That is insane. Nevertheless you gotta respect the commitment.
Please contact Bib in his forums as he is one of the few guys that did so much work daily as well to guide you into the right direction.

Maybe a extender would be a much better choice for 6-8 hours (short break every 45-90 Min) than hanging (one set shouldn’t be longer as 15 Min=very time consuming).

You are hanging 2 hrs straight? Be careful with your penis man, Bib advises that the set shouldn’t pass 20 min mark. Imagine 120 minutes without stops. I wouldn’t pay to see that.

Well, due to the excellent description of how to wrap, and adapting that advice, using the BIB

I’ve been able to get a comfortable attachment which doesn’t cause pain by the shear force of

Secure clamping.

Now hanging 10 lbs at night hanging over the footboard while sleeping..

While dozing, can feel ligaments being stressed and creating sporadic stabbing pain

For a minute or two., then gentle throbbing which is tolerable.

Been able to make it 90 minutes so far regularly before hitting a spot where all ligaments-tissue

Start to express sharp enough pain to become pretty uncomfortable.

Then will push thru for another 5-10 min..

So far no diminishment of E Q , which was a concern.

Had gotten to 3- 3.5 hrs with 5 lbs, not sure I was getting enough pull.

Will update.

From my limited experience you should hang a lot less than you think. Use an ads all the time though. 1-3 hours of high tension is probably the sweetspot followed by ads use to heal extended.

Sorry to be so harsh: This is a very dumb approach to hanging.
Please read hanging 101 and contact bib in his forums.

If you continue like this, you will risk injuries.

Their ridiculous gains.. .. I’m figgering it was all day for sure.
QUESTION
Has any one used a wire pulling sock ( like a Chinese finger trap) ?

I should have mentioned the overnight hanging over the foot board
Is for 2-2 1/2 hours , then removed,.. Ocassionally will add a second
1 hr hang after 4 hrs sleep.

Hey,

welcome to the evolution.
There has been progress and you can compare this community to a virtual tribe :D
No need to visualize.

Old tribes suffered erection problems and nerve damages.
Sometimes the large ones couldn’t even get hard anymore because they overdid it.

Please start using this community and profit of years of experience accumulated.

If you want to hang while you sleep, consider a vacuum hanger.
Although I would strongly advice against intense exercising while asleep, it would be at least a lot of safer (worst case water blister instead of nerve damage or EQ loss).

Another option is a extender.
This would be the modern age equilavent to a tribe member hanging with a rock all day.
And again:It’s much safer.

Cave man PE is generally not a good idea ;)

Do you (or anyone else reading this) have any recommendations regarding ADS (which I assume stands for “all day stretcher”)? Perhaps you can recommend a certain product that you think works very well?

I also want to ask everyone this question: If I hang 3 x 20 in the morning, 3 x 20 mid day and 3 x 20 in the evening, am I then hindering the process compared to if I had only had a morning session and an evening session that totaled the same amount of hanging time?

In other words, do I risk having too low of a rest time between my daily hanging sessions? Does it matter a lot how I split up my sessions during the day or is what mostly matters how much I hang each day in total?

I also want to ask:

Are there many examples of experienced hangers that have had great results by using hangers alone without any usage of all day stretchers to complement their hanging?

How much do you speculate usage of all day stretchers between hanging sessions aids the hanging process? The most important part is to cause microtears and to let it heal right? Whether it heals in a stretched out state or not I assume is less of a factor even though it surely is beneficial, is this correct?

One more question that I want to ask:

Thus far I have gotten erections between hanging sets to quickly get back maximum blood flow (I can achieve erections quickly with access to porn). What do experienced hangers think about this? Could it possibly be bad in any way?
