how long (within reason) is optimal hang time?
I’ve been hanging two sets of 20 minutes since I started (about a month ago).
I gained about .25 inches on this routine. (my other .25 in gains I attribute to harder erections)
I was hoping to just increase the weight gradually without increasing the time significantly. However recently I’ve read threads where members were saying 40 minutes was nothing.
Is 60 minutes adequate? this would be 3 sets of 20 minutes, and not two 30 minute sessions, correct?
