How do you space your hanging?

I hang for one hour/day, broken into three, 20 minutes segments. I do them back to back with 10 minute rests in between. Is it a better idea to break up the hanging throughout the day?

I hang morning and evening, 30-40 min. each. I’d prefer to hang three times, at regular intervals, but it’s just not practical.

Seems like if you subscribe to Bib’s “ride the fatigue” theory, you should try and group the hangs together, not space them throughout the day.

Interesting idea. I think I’ll put it into practice.
