How Do You Know When You Have Maxed The Suspensory Ligament
Starting to hang,I have been light hanging a lot and now have worked my way up to 2 1\2 pounds . Been doing PE for about 3 years,sometimes on the weekends when off work I hang 4 to 6 hours at 9 to14 oz .I use a sock hanger with weighted caps.My question is how do you know when you have maxed your suspensory ligament? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
