How can i figure out how much my max weight is?
When I started hanging the last times i always started with 2 or 3 pounds of weight.
At the beginning it felt comfortable but after a certain time when i started to go up 1 pound of weight after 2 or three days it didnt feel ok any more.
So i cant realize how i have to go up.
Maybe i have to go up very slowly…..
How can I find out my max weight, is it the max weight what doesnt make me feel sore?
