How can i figure out how much my max weight is?

How can i figure out how much my max weight is?

When I started hanging the last times i always started with 2 or 3 pounds of weight.
At the beginning it felt comfortable but after a certain time when i started to go up 1 pound of weight after 2 or three days it didnt feel ok any more.
So i cant realize how i have to go up.
Maybe i have to go up very slowly…..

How can I find out my max weight, is it the max weight what doesnt make me feel sore?

Rising,

Your max weight is the minimum amount of weight that will bring you to fatigue (feel sore) within a couple of sets.

Rising,

Also, I think your max weight has a lot to do with when you mentally reach the ‘What the Hell’ stage. That is when you think to yourself, “I am going to make this thing bigger, come hell or high water”. Then you slowly add weight until you reach that point where you know the traction is doing good.

This is of course factoring in safety, both in type of attachment, blood flow, temperature, etc. When you know you are doing it safely, there comes a point where you simply go for it, and push the envelope, reaching fatigue fairly quickly. Then, you hang at lower weights as you are able. I believe hanging while in the fatigued state, at lower weights, is the fastest way to gains.

Thanks Bib,

do I understand you correctly?:

I take the weight which makes me feel that i WILL make gains with it and then after one or 2 or 3 weeks i slowly add weight to keep this feeling (because my penis can take more weight now).

And you think the fastest way is to hang with the maximum weight and then when i feel fatigued i should hang lower weights instead of breaking up the session.

Was that correct?

My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

Rising,

For a guy just starting out, he will start very low, like 2-5 lbs. Then, he works his hang time up to the maximum amount of time he has available.

Then, he begins to work on his max weight. So he adds a pound or two of weight every week until he reaches that weight that quickly gives him fatigue during a session. This might be five lbs for some guys, and twenty-five or thrity-five for others.

When you no longer become fatigued quickly during a session at a particular weight, then you need to add a little more.

I assume you mean stop the session? Hanging at lower weights because of fatigue is what you want. It is not too wise to get to fatigue and then stop all together. At least use an ADS or traction wrap to remain in the extended state.
