How big is your temporary gain between BPSFL before and after warmup?
Reason for my question is that I doubt that I warm up enough.
I had times where I was 0,4 cm bigger in length than normal, but normally after warmup my size stays the same.
My questions;
1. Do you never start to hang until you reached a big temporary gain in length?
2. If you do achieve temporary gain from your warmup everytime, what is your method ?
