How big is your temporary gain between BPSFL before and after warmup?

How big is your temporary gain between BPSFL before and after warmup?

Reason for my question is that I doubt that I warm up enough.
I had times where I was 0,4 cm bigger in length than normal, but normally after warmup my size stays the same.
My questions;

1. Do you never start to hang until you reached a big temporary gain in length?
2. If you do achieve temporary gain from your warmup everytime, what is your method ?

Any diference on a day to day basis is probably blood flow related or some sort of refraction response.

I personally don’t measure on a day to day basis. Especially before and after a routine. I try to think long term.

Imagine a stock market chart. Forget day to day swings. What you want to see is that the direction is going up in the long term.

Generelly I would agree with you that the lenght is always fluctuating. But for making sure that the warmup was succesfull (via measuring) an elongation is a good sign.

I mean, even if your dick has a diffrent length every day, through measuring BPSFL before the warmup and after it should show that it makes sense, because its normally longer than before the warmup.

For me it is almost painful the way I meausure. I wouldn’t want to do it on a daily basis.

I think when you have a good warmup process in place you will learn to trust the process. If you do the exact same warmup every day, why would it be a better warmup one day versus another?

I say this with the idea of trying to be as consistent from one day to the next. To me this reduces the variables that could be influencing whether you grow or not.

I get a hot bath to relax before hanging and also to warm everything up. I find my flaccid is smaller after getting out of bath due to the period of time in heat. Thus I will not trap any blood when putting on my Wench. May be wrong but I expect most people will be smaller after warmup!
