Hours Hanging

Especially if you PE in relative stealth, being locked away in your room undisturbed for 3 hours can be difficult, I found I would usually get bothered by someone in that time. 3 sets only takes me 1.5 hours of free time and I usually don’t get bothered. One of the reasons I used to hang at night was because I would never be bothered by anyone. But I found I was staying up later and later which threw my schedule off from most people.

Because I always posted here in hanging questions, I post this also here in this thread.

I just measured and I am now on 6.5 nbpel! I measure on top, with my dick straight out, ignoring my curve.

Time to celebrate.

I think I am gaining pretty well with hanging so I will continue(I also do jelqing and obends)

I am just starting the next hanging session now.

I recommend longer hanging, but especially if you are a fast healer. If you only hang a little, your ligs will start to heal back and you’ll have to break adhesions every time—not all that pleasant. Hanging longer keeps you from taking one step forward and one step back all the time. Just my opinion.

I dont see why hanging 10+ hours a week would be that beneficial anyways.

Seems like the best way to go would be to hang for a good 30 minutes each morning and then wear an ADS. There’s only so much you rip down there before you need to give it time to heal, and as long as you’re wearing an ADS it’l heal longer.

I don’t think hanging 10 hours and + really necessary. What I do think good however, is hanging enough time to fatigue your ligs and tunica, so after you can stretch it more easily. So what I do is 1 set of 20 min, then 3 min jelqing to restore circulation, then pretty hard stretch. I repeat the cycle for 3-4 times. After the 3rd set of hanging, I really feel the fatigue and I think that this is where stretch is maximum.

I have been hanging around 5-6 hrs. a week. I`m pretty sure its having a good effect.

I hang with 16.5 lbs. for 3 twenty min. sets. I us a pulley system, so sometimes if I pull back on the system it ups the weight, cause there is a little friction with the system. I would say that it ups it to maybe 20 pounds, I just dont hold it for more than a min. or 2 at a time. I get a hell of a stretch.

It must be working, cause I will probably be at the 1 inch mark in my first 90 days.

All I do really is hanging and wear the PM for a few hrs. a day.

I have a dumb question.Do you guys kegel while hanging? I read a post the other day about a guy who was kegeling while hanging.I thought that was not advisable so I haven’t been doing it.For the record I’ve been hanging about two hours a day for six weeks or so,and when I do a kegel in the hanger,I can lift the ten pounds I’m hanging with ,no problem.

I went to the Museum of Science and Industry, Tampa to view the 20 chinese preserved cadavers most of which were males. All the ligs, muscles, organs were replaced in situ with silicone by a medical university in china. The many ligs attached to the top of the penis between 10 and 2 o’clock was amazing. Shed new light on why it is so difficult to stretch the ligs.
