Well guys I came up with my own homemade hanger about three weeks ago. Heres what I used, A sock, Mullers wrist band, Masking tape, and any type of thick string (Shoe String etc). First I do my warm ups mostly by taking a shower then I wrap the sock around my dick. Then i tightly wrap the wrist band over the sock. After that I take my string wrap it around the band a few times while leaving a loop sticking out by the head of my dick, and I tape it to the wrist band securely. I have hung about 5-7 pounds from it so far.
Heres my hanging routine.
warm up -about 10min
1st hanging session, over the shoulder-30min
2nd hanging session, hanging down around my legs -30min
3rd hanging session, lying on bed while weights are hanging over the side of the bed for about 30mins with nearly 4 different angles.
I have had gains but not with my hanging routine yet, plus I also do jelques about 15 minutes later after I have rested. But I’ll let you guys know how it going as soon as I have more gains.
