No step-by-step informational pictures on how to make a homemade. I see alot of links but no real pictures on ow to make them when you click them only written explenations. Admittedly you don;t have to be a genius to see how it was forged but still a nice step-by-step on how to make a classy looking bib would be nice :)

Hello friends , I decided to make my own hanger with inexpensive materials and easy to find here in my country ( Brazil ) , I’m hanging 10kg for 15 min . And he endures well ..
This here :

Dead links removed. Next time post your pics as attachments here.

Do you hang from the base of your penis or from the head?

Does anyone know where to get the silcone/rubber that is used in the suction type hangers? The piece that forms the seal between your unit and the hanger in a plastic, pump type hanger? I would like to buy some in bulk……for an unrelated use.

thanks

That’s pretty much what I’m using right now.

Mines called a redi-clamp. I got it at home depot for less than ten bucks and all I use is yellow vinyl electrical tape around the clamp surfaces for added grip and I’ve hung as much a 12 1/2 pounds of it with no slipping.

My Home Made Hanger

I’ve been a lurker here for a while. I started out using the Captain’s Wench for several months for ADS. After minimal results I decided to try hanging.

I used a swim cap hanger for a few months and had some success (about 3/4 of an inch) but at heavier weight (10lbs) found that the swim cap hanger put too much pressure on the tip of the glans causing bruising and/or blistering leading to callousing when I was willing to endure it.

I then decided to give the BIB hanger a shot. I tried that for a few months and could never quite figure out how to hang without much discomfort. After playing around with toe in and toe outs etc, I found the whole “gripping the internals” thing too difficult to figure out but I did gain about a 1/4 inch. I was experiencing some numbness as well so I finally decided to take a break from the BIB. Fortunately the numbness went away after a few weeks.

In the meantime I was thinking about how to get more of a swim cap approach without the swim cap and the pressure on the tip of the glans. Maybe what I have come up some might consider more of a noose style. In any case it was inspired by my experience with the swim cap and the captain’s wench. In fact I reused the nylon strapping I had used for my wench and some of the unused gripper pads. The entire hanger is made of nylon straps, gripper pads and Goop. Pretty simple design. The gripper pads are cut/shaped to fit up against the glans. The gripper pads are secured to the nylon with Goop. Velcro is secured to nylon using Goop. I use a wrap and secure the hanger with a theraband strap (wrapping around 3 times) that is an inch wide and about 9 or 10 inches long secured with a bit of tape at the end. When I run out of Theraband I will probably just get a swim cap and cut that up for straps. I could probably go a bit less on the wide part, maybe 3/4 of an inch but this was already cut to that width for use as wrapping with the BIB so I am just reusing it. Tension on the theraband when wrapping across the “gap” on the hanger provides tension to tighten the hanger. I have been working with this hanger since early December and still using fairly light weights. I started at 5 and am doing about 7 lbs right now. I usually do 20 minute sets. And hoping when I get up to 10 - 12 lbs range that I will start to see some further gains. I’m not sure how well it will hold at that weight though. I figure if I need to I could try a clamp to provide a bit more grip.

I found the easiest hanger for me ever. All you need is to close 2 screws. You can add a screw to add weights or as I do, just put the weight with a binding around the screws. This piece costs about 3 $ and comes in different sizes as well. Works super fast and it will never come off. Now I also have a question. Why making routines for hanging. Is there a big difference in 3x 10min hanging with breaks between then just maybe 2x 15min hanging or even 1x 30min hanging?

An update on using my hanger. I have found that every couple of weeks or so I need to re glue the pads to the nylon as they start to slip a bit. Not a big deal. I suspect the adhesion is affected by the adhesive that is already on the gripper pads. I have worked up to about 9 lbs and have added theraband as a wrap as well. This adds a bit more protection, especially on the glans, and seems to give better grip. My usual routine is 4 sets of 20 mins in the morning especially M - F. Most days do not allow for sets later in the day but I do sneak them in from time to time. Weekends can be a bit of a crap shoot. Sometimes I can do my 4 sets but if not I try to make sure I get at least one 20 minute set in on Sat and Sun.

After 20 minutes you need to get blood back into your unit for a few minutes before doing your next set.

Two sets of 20 minutes with a quick rest to see colour back in my dick is what I generally do.

I read this a couple of times now. So we should take breaks for blood circulation only, so it has no affect on gains or anything, right?

No, but if you experience pins and needles at any time you should take sufficient break to allow feeling back into your unit.

You can do many 20 minute sessions in a row as long as you maintain circulation, in fact multiple sets is where I’m heading next, time permitting.

Sock hanger - non-noose

Privacy is a bit of an issue for me, so I use a hanger than I can dissemble quickly using components that do not look suspicious. This may strike you as a “noose style” hanger, but I have determined that it is not a noose as it stretches the penis uniformly and much differently than a noose hanger, and does not require the use of a rope or string. Please correct me if I am wrong, or if someone else has already posted this design.

Requires:
1 long sock
1 thin strip of cloth (about 1/3 - 1/2 ” wide x 6” or more in length)
1 or more weights to place in the sock (advanced users may need to tie weights to the bottom of the sock if they do not fit inside of it).

The hanger should be secured in a place where there is no risk of the weighted sock falling while you are in the process of securing it to your penis. Place your flaccid penis in the sock so that the sock covers an area that is at least 1/2 inch past the glans. If the sock is long enough, you may also place the penis entirely into the sock.

Next, tie your strip of cloth around sock using a basic single knot. This knot should apply pressure on the shaft just below the glans. The knot should be as close to the glans as possible. The tightness of the knot is critical for a safe and effective hanger. The knot should be tight enough to permit hanging while not so tight that it cuts off circulation. By using a strip of cloth instead of a string, the single knot holds more securely and is less likely to restrict circulation. The key to this design is that the weight pulls the sock, which evenly stretches the penis. With a noose hanger, the applied weight pulls only at the location of the knot, resulting in the “bend” or “kink” effect as it pulls.

Hoe much weight have you hung with this?

So long as the strip of cloth is around your whole shaft it is still la tourniquet and offers no blood flow. Your set up may be good to try hanging out but it is certainly not a safe hanging set up. You will not be able to have a knot tight enough to hold any weight that will induce lengthening and not cut off blood flow. The way this is tightened will also surely have a negative effect on the nerve bundles behind the glans ( dorsal nerves ).

I would advise that you look at the captains wench, AFB or a home made Bib hanger for a safer option.
