Could I use anything besides a heat gun?

Maybe a hair dryer, ABS has to get pretty hot to bend. Don’t know for sure, give it a try. Let us know how it works.

Or try boiling water. If that’s not enough switch to vegetable oil and SLOWLY increase the temp until it works.

heat the vegetable oil in a pan on the stove. Like you were gonna deep fry something. SURELY there would be no reaction between PVC and oil. Of course go no higher than around 350 F. I would think you could bend PVC before 350.

Wouldn’t it be a hell of a lot safer and cleaner to just warm the PVC in an oven?? Careful with the temperature though, raising it gradually until you get the desired flexibility??

I don’t think it is too healthy breathing the fumes from frying PVC either. Probably some nasty shit in the air if that stuff gets too hot.

Yes I finally built one!!! I have a problem with keeping it on though. I am hanging with 5 pounds and it stays on for a couple of mintues then it falls off. Any suggestions?

Your knockoff looks really good. I’m leaning more & more toward hanging, but my Bib timer is running out. :(

Not as spiffy as the “real deal” but gets the job done. I’m the McGyver type. My wife says “Lets hope you never need brain surgery-I can just see you out in the garage with the sawzall, yelling for more towel’s”. I like building my own shit if I can.

Let’s see: Lathe, Tig Welder, Mig Welder, Plasma Cutter, Hydraulic Tubing Bender, Drill Press-ah, and that’s just the shit I can think of. What should I build next? HMMMMMM?

Anyway, mines still working fine after nearly a year. Only thing getting wore out is my dick! LOL!

I use a baby sock, then theraband and finally roll the excess sock back over-then clamp the hanger on.

Now if your’e talking about padding on the hanger, I use RTV (silicone).

I truly can’t be bothered to build my own, I am lazy by nature, lol. How much better is bib’s compared to yours tryn4more? I either want to buy one from you or wait until bib’s are back in production. But right now I don’t have anything to use as a hanger, other than something noose like which will probably do me harm over time. Suggestions please?

I can’t tell you that, since I have never hung with a production bibhanger. I don’t believe that it is better at all. Merely just a homemade “knockoff”.

Do not use a noose of any sort, if you favor your dick at all. NOT GOOD

The first homebrew that I built, was pretty close to the same dimension’s as a regular Bib. I soon built a homebrewed bib starter. Much more comfortable. If you do finally muster up the effort to try and make one, realize that your dick will be stretched out while hanging. The first thing that grows is skin, it has to - to accomodate the growing process. So, make your 1st hanger to fit your stretched flaccid. Then if you grow, you would want to make a larger version to accept the “new you”.

Sorry, I can’t build one for you-or all the other PE’rs that have contacted me. For me, Bib has done the PE world a great service-by designing and offering such a great device to those that want a bigger dick. I would never step on his toes, by profitting from “his” design. Although, I must say-I would be more than willing to try out an original if Bib found it in his heart to turn me onto one. :bigwink:
