"Hit & Run" the Tunica? (question)
Hey all, some of you may have read a thread I posted about a month ago in this part of the forum about me going to be gone for 1 month (or maybe a little more).
Well, I’ll try to get straight to the point (my question).
This last month the only PE I did consisted of a little semi-routine I’d thought of — 4x 30-second ‘upward’ stretches (to hit the tunica) most every time ‘I took a leak’. Again, using this 4x 30-second stretch semi-routine of mine, I got another 1/8” gain.
The past few months my PE’ing has looked like this:
November  - Full month of PE (Modified Newbie Routine)
(= 1/8” EL gain + 1/16” EG gain)
December  - 1/2 month of PE (Modified Newbie Routine)
(= 0 gains)
January  - 4x 30 second stretches most every time ‘I took a leak’ (2x ‘upward’, 2x ‘downward’)
(= 1/8” EL gain)
February  - 4x ‘upward’ 30 second stretches most every time ‘I took a leak’
(= 1/8” EL gain)
Modified Newbie Routine:
- DLD Blasters Routine
- 15 minutes stretching (rotating clockwise, 2x ‘upward’ and 2x ‘downward’)
- 40 minutes jelqing
I’ve been told before that my “final newbie routine” was pretty damn intense. I did it for a total of 7 months. For those wondering, here was my Newbie Routine (notice that my ‘modified newbie routine’ is actually shorter in terms of time)
Newbie Routine (after the initial 6-week ‘entry’ phase):
- After the first 6 weeks, ~1:30-2:00 hours jelqing
- After the first 6 weeks, ~30-45 minutes stretching (rotating clockwise, 2x ‘upward’ and 2x ‘downward’)
I got my hanger a month ago, but decided to keep doing my semi-routine (‘restroom stretches’) for another month since I was thinking that if I started hanging for 1-2 months, then all of a sudden took a whole month off, by the time I came back my ligs/tunica would’ve already adjusted and transformed into Incredible-Hulk-like inner structures :D - ie: they would’ve had plenty of time to rest up, heal, and toughen up so by the time I came back they were now 100x tougher to ‘hit’, thus making any further gains a lot tougher to come by (and all just because I would’ve decided to hang for those 1-2 months)
My question is, is my thinking correct on this issue? Since I’m at the beginning of March, and won’t be leaving for about another month or so, I’d like to get this question answered so that if indeed I am mistaking I can go ahead and hang this month and hit my tunica that way (hanging). If my thinking is/was correct though, what if I were to do my semi-routine (‘restroom stretches’) when I’m away for a month? Would that keep the ligs/tunica in-check enough to be unable to toughen up [from the hanging]?
Of course I don’t want to hinder future gains for a short-term “quick” gain, I want to do what’s best, so if it’s better that I just do another month (this month, March) on my semi-routine again then I’ll just do that. Or in other words, if hanging to hit my tunica for 1 month, then taking a full month off (or maybe a little longer) of PE would be detrimental to future gains, then I’d rather just not do the hanging for a month because, again, I don’t see any point in basically f*cking up future gains for 1 potentially ‘good month’.
The reason why I haven’t been on a ‘normal PE routine’ is because mainly - scheduling conflicts. The other reason, I feel that if I was to go into hanging (I’ve known I was going to purchase a hanger for a few months now) after having not been on a ‘normal PE routine’ for a couple/few months, ‘the unit’ will be shocked and will have a much higher chance of giving ‘explosive [newbie-like] gains’ once I do start hanging.
So what do you think? If you don’t understand what I’m saying, feel free to ask and I’ll try to clarify further what I mean. I know this might sound confusing but now do you know what I meant by “hit & run” on the Tunica? Hitting it for this month, then “running” being the full month off of PE.
