I know you made legendary length gains with hanging, but I’m curious about your girth, specifically:
1- What was your starting EG and what is it now?
2- How long did it take you to gain the EG?
3- What moves did you do for EG gains?
4- Which do you feel were most beneficial?
5- Do you feel any of your gains can be attributed to hanging?
