Hi all, I’ve been PEing for about 5 months now, but have just started to hang. Today will be my 4th consectutive hang day in a row. Right now, I am at 5.5lbs and am trying to hang as BTC as I can. I do 3 sets of 20mins with rest in between. I’ve heard that BTC is the best position to get the best skin stretch and lig stretch. The problem with BTC is that it DOES stretch the skin alot….definitely takes some getting used to. My question is what is the best way to keep from getting your skin too irritated after workout. Should I apply some lotion? Sometimes my skin still feels sore and burns a little bit after I am done and I don’t want to get any marks or soars or whatever. Right now i think my weight is sufficient as by the end of the 2nd set, beginning of 3rd set…its hard to hang without killing my skin or tiring myself out. Sometimes on the 3rd hang, I just hang straight down and not BTC. Thanks guys

Are you making sure you use your thumb to pull out excess skin from under the hanger before you tighten completely?

You can apply lotion however if your going to use it while hanging restrict the useage to the skin at the base only. I’m assuming the skin stretch is at the area where the penis base meets your body right? If the lotion gets to far up the shaft the hanger is going to start slipping and you may have other problems.

Another suggestion would be to adjust the hanger postion slightly forward on your penis closer to the gland. This attachment point may reduce the irritation somewhat. After hanging you can apply some more lotion if that’s what you want to do.

As time hanging increases this will become less and less of an
issue. Something you said that is of some concern is that you just started hanging and this is your 4th day in a row. This maybe a little to aggressive of an approach. That coupled witht he fact you are intent on hanging BTC maybe a simple case of over training?

Are your ligs hurting or a little sore now? If so describe the feeling. Are you saying your limiting factor on your third set is skin stretch or lig fatigue?

Remember in order to grow your dick you have to have skin stretch first for your penis to grow into it’s new size.

The fact you are fatigued after a couple of sets is a good thing. Focus more on how you feel and less on the amount of weight. If you feel like you want to drop the weight for that third set it’s OK.

I too was having the same problem. what i did was when i wrap, i make sure i pull out all excess skin. i check this by looking at the base, it should be puffy with the excess skin. then after i wrap, i attach the hanger right under ridge then i toe out and attach the top screw first then the bottom ones. i attach very tight. the first minute i feel a minimal skin stretch but after that i feel all ligs.

I read this here or on PE I’m sorry not sure which one, but add this with some cocoa butter and this will help a whole lot so they say. I think I will order some. ~N2

If we are talking about those marks at the base of the penis that sort of looks like a sideways stretch mark. Yes, that is where the skin stretches alot. I know that it should be a little bit, I think the reason that it bothers me is that I am new to hanging so it is not used to the pull. I think as hanging time increases, skin stretch shouldn’t be too much of a factor.

I just heard that putting the hanger too close to the glands is bad because of all of the nerve bundles up there.

The reason that I am hanging BTC is that I heard it is the most efficient way to hang. What I have been doing is having BTC the first 2 sets, and then on the last set, hang straight down. On the straight down I can feel a good pull on the ligs. In the BTC position, I feel skin burning but there is also a stretching feeling as well, the ligs I’m guessing?

I’m not sure how “sore” my ligs are, but it feels like my penis has just worked out. My skin is a little bit soar and i can feel my penis is kind of fatigued in general. How exactly does it feel when the ligs are being worked out and then soar?

My system for hanging is that I tie thread around the weight, currently a 5.5lb weight lifting weight. Then I attach it to the hanger. I have some excess thread that I hold in my hand so that I can adjust how much weight is actually being held by the hanger. On the 3rd set, sometimes I just hold some of the weight with the string so that the weight on the hanger decreases. The problem is that the set of weights that I am using have a 2.75lb, 5.5lb and a 10lb set, so I can’t really get a good “middle” weight to use. One last question, I’ve tried to search and find out, but what exactly is the toe in, toe out adjustment and what does it do? Thanks…

circumcised stretched skin, help.

Whats the term for that area of skin below the head in a circumcised penis (the lighter colored circumcision scar)? Because its being stretched a lot from hanging, almost to the point where its half the length of my whole shaft.

Plus its getting excess loose skin (is this what people refer to as “foreskin restoration”?)

I would like to avoid this if possible. If I keep going at the same routine, will this skin become so large and loose that it covers up my glans?
